They look great! Have received several compliments. Also, very comfy if you don't tie them too tight. The downside- if you look closely the stitching is uneven. They seem pretty sturdy and the materials used are solid. They just aren't Red Wings. For the money they are fantastic.

I can't believe how comfortable these boots are. I would have given 5 stars but I'm confused about the brand Montwell. Nowhere on the boots does that name show up and not on the box either. Other than a sticker that was put over another sticker which I suspect has the actual manufacturer name. The boots have a fancy "H" stamped into the leather. Is there some brand mis-representation going on here? As for the boots......for what is basically a cheap price where boots are concerned.....these boots feel great! I've had $250 Red Wings that weren't as comfortable. So I'm impressed. They look more expensive than they are too. They look well made and feel well made. The only thing I did on day 2 was wear some wool socks. And since you can easily wear wool socks year round they add just the right lining and cushioning. I've been trying to find a boot or shoe I could tolerate all day and these are the ticket! I do construction and dirt work, I'm on concrete, rough ground, gravel, climbing.... everything. I have been curious about this type of sole for a long time. What I find is I get complete foot support from heel to toes. They keep my ankles stabilized and no part of my foot feels any unusual pressure. I don't feel anything uncomfortable anywhere in these boots. As I said I'm very impressed and completely happy with my purchase.

Overall a very goodbye they have saved my bacon a couple times already I’m a supervisor for a roofing company and nails are a huge hazard they are not good for walking a roof the tread is a little on the Hardside, but they work well. Side note wear longer socks until broken in they are stiff around ankles
