It arrived with a small scratch inside the lens. Also it was hard to look from the eyepiece. I had to keep it at a distance from my eye to be able to see anthing. It was not very usable.

picked this monocular up for hiking and bird‑watching and I’m pretty pleased. It feels solid in your hand, the image is sharp when I lock it in, and the 8× magnification is just enough to bring things closer without going totally shaky.

    • To adapt the monocular to a cell phone. Otherwise I would use a binocular.
The smartphone adapter can not be firmly attached to the monocular. It demands you to have a very steady hands holding the monocular and the adapter with the cell phone, or set the whole thing on a surface and tune up the image. Not very practical. Tuning for the best image, a plastic piece got broken inside of the monocular. THERE SHOULD BE A MANUAL WITH INSTRUCTIONS. Thanks. ... show more
