First one did fantastic for 2 weeks then plastic seat clam broke. We ordered a replacement....it arrived in a damaged box and several pieces broken. Third times charm, wrong! 3rd one arrived in worse shape box was so damaged the UPS driver was carrying it by the bottom of the box holding pieces. Looking for a better quality one. ... show more

    • Ok until it broke after 3 weeks!

Wheelchair is ok and is quite smooth to push. However the frame uses plastic clips to hold it together and one of these has now broken in less than a month. I expect 10 years out of a chair, not 10 days!

Up on taking the wheelchair out of the box the wheelchair was hard to open. We had read another review where the bolts were stuck together. To get a part we turned the wheelchair upside down and using your strength was able to push and pull wheelchair to an angle and the bolts came apart. We think that it must happen with shipping, as we close the chair the bolts just touch one another and not overlap. With the instructions to engage the break is opposite of what the instructions say. When you pull back the break is off not on. Just be careful and make sure the break is on or off as you need. So far the chair is comfortable. This is just day one. ... show more

    • Bolts stuck, took 3 people to fix, has other problems.

The bolts on the back where embedded together, I ended up having to gather three people to pull them apart. When pushing it forward it tilts to the right so you constantly have to adjust, wheels also need greasing, would not reccomend if you plan to use it more to than once
