I got this for my Mom, she uses it in the house to move around in the kitchen. It's nicely made and portable. There are two issues though I would like to bring up. For the person sitting in the transport chair, locking the wheels is difficult. The locking handles are a bit low and hard to move for an elderly person. The 2nd issue are the front wheels. They did not use end caps on the screw and nut. They used them on the rear wheels but not the front. This is an issue for anyone who knows what is going to happen if those front wheels rub against a wall or molding. It's going to gouge the wall and leave a deep scrape. I'm puzzled how they could overlook this. I ended up buying some rubber end caps and gluing them over the screw and nut (Photo enclosed). The bolt and nut are 13mm, Amazon does sell these. ... show more

This chair is great for it's price. I bought for a family member that struggles on long trips out. It's light weight and compact. Not suitable for wheel chair bound people, but for some one who needs it on a long haul it's perfect.

I was happy to receive the product until I realized it had 2 left feet. Even if we change the foot peg, it will not lock. I contact support and was told I have to send the whole chair back. They won't send me the correct foot peg. I looked at a new set of foot rest and they are $40. Not worth the hassel or cost of a new foot rest. ... show more
