Mona Flying makes really nice shoes. I have purchased loafers and boots and have been very pleased with their quality and style. I wear them with care, never getting them wet, as they are indeed expensive. I would like to give them five stars for support but for the best support I need to default to my cork insole shoes. Still Mona Flying has some really good looking styles and quite a variety from which to choose. As for sizing, I wear an 8.5 narrow and for me that equates to a 40 European sizing in the Mona Flying. For my other shoes with cork insoles, I purchase 39 narrow. But Mona Flying shoes are more tapered in the toe area and therefore I like the extra room. These boots with the strap and velcro closure are adjustable and that helps too if I want to wear heavier socks. ... show more

I love these boots. The leather is buttery soft and these boots are light weight. They fit true to size. I will say although they feel comfortable the insoles are not very supportive or cushioned.

I LOVED LOVED these boots. High quality low price. Style five star! Material super! I had to return them because they were wide for me but I am a 9 sss so I tried them anyway. DO NOT MISS THIS SCORE They fit exactly as they should if I had a normal foot. I wish they had narrow!!!! This is one of the classiest best boot -quality stuff! Hope this helps ... show more

I purchased this item in September 2023, I thought it was of good quality…just this week I taking off the shoes when the tear away just ripped off…I think it is over price for such poor quality. The tear away should be sew down not glued. I deserve some of my money back. My pictures not uploading

I can’t begin to tell you the quality of these boots. They are much better than I expected. They’re comfortable and fit like a glove. If you wear thick socks with your boots, I would recommend buying a half size larger. I just usually wear knee highs or trouser sock with mine and they fit fine.
