It came and I was amazed how well the packaging was. Not one scratch or nick on it at all. The desk is well built, solid , very attractive. I was worried about the space and it fit perfectly!!! Exceptional value, has a nice weight to it also. I highly recommend this desk !!!!!! Putting it together was so easy, just add the legs And fix the knobs on the draws. 15 minutes and I was done. This is a sturdy piece of furniture. Very easy to assemble, just screw on the legs. My 4th leg wouldn't screw on as tight as the others, but it is fine. The drawers have NO hardware/slides. ( which is why it doesn't have 5 stars) If you pull it out fast, you can pull it right out of the desk. Might not be the best for small children. It would look nice in a childs room, but not practical for them to use. I use it for storage, and have no problem pulling the drawer out slowly, and hanging on to it. Love this writing desk. Cant say enough good things about it. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. Not a dent or scratch on it. The white finish from top to bottom is perfect as well. Structure and quality of the desk are excellent. Legs are heavy too. Easy peasy assembly. All you have to do is screw the legs on, which took about 15 minutes. All the hardware was in the box. All the screws lined up with the holes. Drawers were already in the desk. They slide in and out perfectly. I did change out the knobs to ones that are more substantial. The ones it came with are small, clear acrylic / plastic. I brought the knobs the desk came with to Home Depot (to compare the size) and found 3 brushed nickel knobs. They were easy to install too. It makes the desk look so much nicer. They perfectly match a blue lamp with a white lampshade and a brushed nickel base that I bought especially for the desk. I couldn't be more happier with my purchase. I encourage anyone looking to buy a small desk to buy this one. It's on the smaller side so it doesnt take up too much space. It's of great quality and above all, assembly was the easiest I've ever experienced. I have put together tons of furniture since downsizing my home. I wish all "assembly required" furniture was this easy to put together. 🙂 ... show more

As many others have stated: This table arrived perfectly packaged in excellent condition. Assembly was easy, which is one factor for all my orders. The drawers in the desk slide easily and are large enough to store basic desk items. The finish is beautiful and I am beyond pleased.

    • Desktop damage even though box intact
Purchased as a Christmas gift so return window had closed by the time we opened the box. No damage whatsoever to box so completely surprised to discover one corner of desktop was crushed. Cute desk otherwise but no way to hide or repair damage since not real wood. Disappointed but not surprised.
