    • Awesome for neurodivergent kids with insomnia
We have a 7 year old with adhd and autism, as well as a 5 year old. Both have a hard time falling asleep before 10 pm no matter what we try, esp our 7 year old girl. Straight kids melatonin helps them a little bit, but not as good as this one that also includes some magnesium. Added bonus of them having less constipation probably due to the magnesium. We love it. It also tastes better than most and doesn't leave a gross gooey residue on their teeth, so brushing before bed is less messy thanks to these been chewable tabs. Other brands are gummies that make dental hygiene harder in little ones. This one is perfect and we are sad when it goes out of stock. ... show more

I have been using this for a few years now. It is irreplaceable. No other works like this. No other product ever has a similar effect. It is neither strong nor weak. Just right. Used this for awhile to help my 4 year old fall asleep at night. After 6 months or so, we noticed he was so tired during the day and having increased behaviors at school. Stopped the melatonin and his behaviors pretty much disappeared. He went from being on the verge of suspension to now doing so well. Hi I have a 7 Years old with Autism hes is taking this for more than a year an is wonderful but right now its only taking 4 hours for sleep his weigh is 60kg could you tell me if he needs to take 2 gummies instead of one because of the weigth?

We LOVE this product. We were looking for something to add to our toddlers night time routine after severely struggling with bedtime.
