A huge mess to take apart and milk spills everywhere. So many pieces to clean. Takes so much time and effort to line up nipple in the flange and cannot see mill flow due to motor. When the flange is finally on decently it does not do good with getting milk out and any minor movement (like picking up a car seat or putting it in the car) will make the suction release. The cups are very heavy in the bra and the app is bad. It disconnects bilateral mode randomly throughout pumping leaving one side back down to a level. When finished pumping the app will ask how much milk output you got 3-4 times. I can pump for 30+ mins with this and barely get an oz or 10-11 mins with spectra and get 4 oz. I wish I could return this and would never recommend. It’s quite expensive to be such a bad product that also can’t be returned. Not user friendly at all. Definitely get M5 if you’re going to go with momcozy.

Second time mom and second time purchasing momcozy pumps. Used them with my first husband absolutely loved them so I purchased again. Mind you, I am an over supplier so a good pump matters! Last pregnancy I pumped anywhere from 10–17 oz every 3 hours and the product used to provide amazing suction and had quality parts. THIS TIME AROUND however….this pump sucks! 4 days postpartum I was already pumping 8 oz with the motif medical aura pump (which I freaking love!) when I broke out this pump right away I noticed the parts felt very cheap. The plastic began wrapping in the Momcozy bottle washer right off the get go. Fast forward a week into my pumping journey and the flange is already broken!! As I said, very cheap parts. I also dislike how they changed the auto letdown to pump mode they used to have and the suction isn’t great anymore. They went cheap, raised the price and their product is now garbage. Do yourself a favor and get yourself a motif!

Flanges keep snapping due to poor design but stuck buying replacements over and over because the pump itself works great. Product itself works great until it breaks but the breakage seems inevitable.

This deserves 0 stars. I had this product for a week and have multiple complaints. First, this pump is not meant for bigger chested women, in a 36H and they do not adhere properly to your nipple. Second, the battery motor overheated days into having it. One motor wouldn’t allow me to switch from left to right (the mechanism was broken from the moment I got it, but the broken one showed up in the app as right and the other I could switch to left). Third, the suction stopped working fully on day 5-6 of having these. I’ve tried to change out the duckbill and multiple other parts to try to fix the issue and nothing works. Save your money and buy a pump that isn’t from Momcozy. The Momcozy one I got through insurance also gave me a suction issue days into having it. Avoid this brand at all costs. I would never recommend their products to mother’s.

I wanted to love this, and I wish I could write a better review. While it's efficient, comfortable, and would get the job done, the battery life sucks. I charged the batteries fully with the provided chargers before I ever turned them on. The first day of use was fantastic.. after the second charge though, they only have enough battery life for one pump session and I have to recharge them after every single session. They also don't last the same amount of time. My left one is down to one bar of battery after 13 minutes of pumping, the right one doesn't hit one bar until about 40 minutes.

I loved this pump at first, it pumped better than several others I’d tried. After about 2-3 weeks of use, one of the pumps stopped working properly and wouldn’t allow the milk to enter the container attached so my milk was leaking out the back. I returned it and reordered, thinking it was just a defective product. Unfortunately, after 2 weeks of use, the exact same thing happened. I tried to fix it but there was no clear reason for it to not be working. I am returning the second device and will buy a different brand. I would not recommend this product.

Disappointed this only lasted two weeks before the part that connects to the collection cup snapped. Then I got a new one and that one after a week of use milk was leaking and the duck bill valve was so hard to twist off the collection cup it caused sores on my fingers trying to get it off. I got a eufy E20 and I’m making so much more milk now plus it was cheaper. Really disappointed especially since for the price and how many pumps they make they should be better quality.
