A huge mess to take apart and milk spills everywhere. So many pieces to clean. Takes so much time and effort to line up nipple in the flange and cannot see mill flow due to motor. When the flange is finally on decently it does not do good with getting milk out and any minor movement (like picking up a car seat or putting it in the car) will make the suction release. The cups are very heavy in the bra and the app is bad. It disconnects bilateral mode randomly throughout pumping leaving one side back down to a level. When finished pumping the app will ask how much milk output you got 3-4 times. I can pump for 30+ mins with this and barely get an oz or 10-11 mins with spectra and get 4 oz. I wish I could return this and would never recommend. It’s quite expensive to be such a bad product that also can’t be returned. Not user friendly at all. Definitely get M5 if you’re going to go with momcozy.

This deserves 0 stars. I had this product for a week and have multiple complaints. First, this pump is not meant for bigger chested women, in a 36H and they do not adhere properly to your nipple. Second, the battery motor overheated days into having it. One motor wouldn’t allow me to switch from left to right (the mechanism was broken from the moment I got it, but the broken one showed up in the app as right and the other I could switch to left). Third, the suction stopped working fully on day 5-6 of having these. I’ve tried to change out the duckbill and multiple other parts to try to fix the issue and nothing works. Save your money and buy a pump that isn’t from Momcozy. The Momcozy one I got through insurance also gave me a suction issue days into having it. Avoid this brand at all costs. I would never recommend their products to mother’s.

Very disappointed with the Momcozy M9. I wanted to love this pump, but it turned out to be a huge regret. First, assembling the parts is extremely frustrating. The pieces are very hard to snap together and it actually hurts your fingers every time. I followed advice online that the parts must be completely dry before assembling, but even then it was still painful and difficult to put together. Initially, the suction seemed good, which made me hopeful. However, after only about two months of daily use, one side started malfunctioning. I exclusively pump, so I rely on my pumps constantly throughout the day. I even switched sides thinking I might be placing it incorrectly, but the problem continued — one pump simply stopped working properly. For such an expensive product, the durability is unacceptable. I started using it daily on December 25, and by the end of February one of the pumps was already failing. If you exclusively pump like I do, I strongly recommend researching other options before buying this one. For the price, I expected much better reliability and quality.

The Momcozy collector cups have been a great addition to my pumping routine. They are very comfortable to wear and make pumping much more convenient overall. There are a few different pieces to clean, but once you get the hang of it, the process becomes pretty simple and manageable. I also paired them with my Spectra pump and noticed a significant increase in milk output, which was a huge plus. Overall, a really helpful and effective product!

I have a spectra and I have switched to solely using these because they yield the same amount of milk for me. The parts are easy to clean and the app is easy to use. However, as an over supplier, I have to pause the pumping and empty out several times a session. It’s not the easiest to empty because you have to completely disassemble it. Also, they will leak so you can’t bend over while using and must be very careful when moving or leaning back. I still find it better than being stuck to the spectra but wish they were easier to empty and didn’t leak.

It's a very good product, but I'm giving it 3 stars because the flange breaks after a short time, in less than 20 days of use. Moncozy products are fashionable, innovative, and compact, but made of flimsy materials. In fact, we were forced to buy the Philips Avent, which, despite being bulky, is the Toyota of breast pumps, and reserve the Moncozy for when we have to go out, since it's discreet and compact. So my advice, if you can afford it, is to buy the Avent for home and the Moncozy for when we're out and about. But don't buy the newest and most innovative one; it's not worth it, as it's expensive compared to the Philips Avent, which is made of better materials. However, if you don't want to spend so much money on these appliances and you don't mind the bulkiness, buy the Avent.

Honestly had high hopes for this M9 or whatever it’s even called based on reviews. This pump is not user friendly at all. It’s got a MILLION little parts that honestly hurt your fingers to open and close. I really don’t like it. I’m stuck with it now, because it says “once the seal is broken it’s non-returnable” and I will probably never use it. So. Love that for me lol it will not be helpful for working in the office as putting it together and taking it apart takes SO long, oh and the container that captures the milk is not really good for dumping into anything other than a massive bowl essentially. It spills all over. Would not recommend. The only thing that’s good about it is that it does have strong suction
