I'm always hesitant to order clothing online, especially when they are expensive. This coat is exactly what I was looking for. I love the length because I often wear leggings and so a long coat is necessary. It is comfortable, very warm, and it looks very nice. I would say that this coat is worth the cost as this is a high quality item.

This coat arrived just in time for our WNY winters. The color is lovely and the coat has nice detailing (double-breasted buttons - decorative only; matching buttons on sleeves). Despite the description of a “fur collar” this is faux (fake) fur. One of the loops on the fur trim was sewn so small that I had to safety pin it to the hood. The coat feels warm, yet light weight. Nice sturdy double-ended zipper, zipper side pockets, one inside breast pocket. The back is ruched to give the coat a little shape. The long length makes this ideal for keeping warm if wearing a dress or skirt, especially here in WNY where a dress coat just isn’t enough protection from the lake effect winds. The sleeves are a bit snug so wearing a bulky sweater is impossible. I am 5’4” and just under 150lbs. The medium is just about the perfect fit as long as I don’t wear thick sweaters. All in all, I am happy with the purchase.

It was time to purchase a winter coat that was toasty warm and longer to keep legs warmer. I put it on and it felt comfortably warmer than my old coat. It is lightweight and machine washable. Zip down front and buttons to close over it, but pockets are not deep; each side pocket will fit a single glove. The zipper chest high pockets are not necessarily in a handy location nor are they large enough to fit anything, but loose change. The only reason I bought this coat is for its warmth and length; is machine washable and will dry on a cool setting. The fur trim is suppose to attach to the buttons on the top of the hood, BUT my first order was without button holes or elastic loops to connect it with. A return was made and promptly received a replacement. I quickly checked the fur trim and saw it had small elastic loops connected in three places (one for each end and one for the center) to attach to the hood. The hood has several buttons across the top edge, but not enough loops to strongly secure the fur trim and it gaps a lot. However, I have decided to keep the coat and sew more loops onto the fur trim to make it more secure. At least there were loops on the hood this time around just not enough for all the buttons. Quality control is not up to par on either of the two coats, nor was the replacement as well packaged as the first order was. It was in two zippy bags and the zipper had come undone on one end, but not enough for the coat to escape from the shipping bag. It could have become a mishap in shipping and cost me further delay. The zippy bag should have been taped closed as the zipper was a cheap plastic one or put the entire shipment in a box or a real shipping bag like the first one came in. I do like the color of my coat, the fur trim is pretty, and it feels good while wearing it. I don't know how long it will last as none of the zippers are quality made and I'll have to do an upgrade at some point. Some of the sewing threads and fabric ends were in long strings and would interfere with the zipper, so a scissors come in handy to snip that off in advance. I suggest to anyone who buys this coat that you do your own quality control prior to throwing any shipping bags out as you might desire to return.

Love this coat though I wasn't sure I would like it at all. Sizing is just right. I had managed to keep clean until recently even though it is white and I am messy. Looks very expensive, random people stopped me too compliment it. Very warm but ok if left open if in 40s. I don't use it if any warmer than that. Definitely recommend

seems to be harder to find a coat that is a genuine "Large" all thru the coat. this was the 3rd coat i had gotten for my wife, other two, different coats, where lrge and Xtra Lg.. the large wouldnt hardly close across her chest, the arms were tight. Xtra lg was huge, it was like 2 sizes up bought THIS coat in a large, its about right. not bad in the chest area, not quite as loose at it maybe should be, and then a bit big around the hips. its like the coats are designed for bowling pins. skinny up top, big at the bottom.. its very light weight, she loves the look and the extra length. if it was a little better fitting, it would be 5 stars.. she likes it fine, but, yea, the large is a bit off/snug on top, and a bit wide at the waist. she is 36C, 32, 36. and 5'5" so yea, she has a figure.. if youre slim up top, but bigger in the hips, this would fit your figure about right.
