This inpact has perform as good as any air impact i have. Or better. I am a tractor trailer mechanic and use every day. However extension seams to weaken torque. I should be getting royalties on sales. I love this impact and 5 sold by my referrals. I suggest the insurance only because of it is plastic. It has taken off daton spoke wheels and budds with no problem and all head bolts on isx Cummins but 5 and my 3/4 gun also had problems.. Spend the money for at least the 5 battery. High torque is killing my 2 battery. Normal use thay do good right now i say get it. This is the best price i could find. Go ahead and make you day ... show more

I’ve had this impact for over 6 years! It’s been super reliable, I had to buy another one couldnt pass up the price for at home garage, it saves so much time taking lugs off or transmission bolts out etc, so now I have one at home and work, these impacts are also repairable at Curtain Home Depot’s and tool trucks, I’d recommend on buying a rubber glove that goes over it, it saves the life and look of the impact but don’t have to, other then that it’s a 10/10 impact , It’s alittle heavy but for what it can do your saving a-lot of body strength ... show more

Holy crap. I thought my rigid cordless impact was perky. I went to take a bolt off a trailer spring shackle and all the rigid did was embarrass itself. My buddy pulled this Milwaukee out and it came apart like things were brand new. I ordered mine right after and you have to be careful not to break bolts it’s so powerful ... show more
