This is a very good option for anyone looking for a simple and sturdy storage solution. The best features are the 3-way access and the USB backup power which is wonderful. The fingerprint reader works well if you register each finger several times. The case if very sturdy to prevent access from kids and grab-and-run thieves. I would think that a determined thief could break it open with a big crowbar. Improvements that I would like to see are: 10 digit key pad, option for PINs other than 5 digits, option to disable the display lights, option to disable the beep sound. Setup is a little awkward with only a single setup button. Would be more logical with buttons for each function. ... show more

Great safe and the perfect size for all your LEO equipment including your gun. Works great looks rugged and fits nice in my drawer. Has all the features you would want. Lights up nice in the dark. I had a minor issue and their customer service was amazing.

This safe is very easy to setup (both code and fingerprint [biometric]). Also easy to mount either on a counter or in a drawer. This safe can save multiple fingerprints (up tp 100) and multiple open codes. Quality: Seems very sturdy and high build quality. Biometric finger reader: easy to setup and had 0 issues with testing over 50 times. Light: internal light to help see inside when opening at night. Mounting: came with mounting hardware and instructions. Other Features: Has a cable lock included for added security. Will not withstand bolt cutters, but will deter your average grab. Instructions: Thorough and easy to understand. Batteries: 4 AA - also has a USB-C port if the batteries are dead and backup key. With its large open space 11.5" x 6" x 2" you can easily put in 2 compacts with magazines or a large barrel with extra magazines or perhaps a flashlight. The fingerprint reader can read you finger at any angle which is a plus if you are under pressure. Overall I am happy with this purchase and would recommend this safe. ... show more

    • Does exactly what it is intended to do!
You can't go wrong with this safe! The battery indicator lights and the clock are very nice features. Perfect for use on a nightstand. The USB C power port is great, as the safe can be opened without a key, even if the batteries are dead. With the included battery indicator, this is something that you can and should monitor so that this need does not arise. The programming buttons are recessed and in a great location, preventing accidental pressing. Although adequate, having only five numbers to use in a combination is less than comparable safes with "0-9" keys. In fairness, I usually only use the biometric function to unlock the safe, so as a back-up this is not an issue. I am unsure what the lights that flash on top of the clock do. I could not find anything in the manual explaining that feature. Overall, this is a great safe, and does exactly what it is expected to do. For the price, you will be hard-pressed to find a better safe. I've seen keyed only safes without any features at this price point. This safe gives you so much more.     • Solid Safe, Fits perfectly in my drawer
I got this safe to keep items secure in my bedroom drawer. The fingerprint reader works well, you do need your finger to be right on top of it, but that's most fingerprint readers on the market. As far as build quality goes, this is very sturdy for the price! Breaking into this safe would be extremely difficult for an adult, and impossible for a kid. The numeric buttons for the code are not true buttons, so keep your battery charged! Mine has barely dipped below 100% in the first few weeks so I expect the battery to last quite a while. I appreciate that this has a manual key override in case the battery does die, or you forget your password. In terms of aesthetics, this looks really nice, the metal has a matte feel to it. It just feels high quality. I'm really pleased, and love that I don't have to worry about my items being stolen or accessed by my kids. ... show more
