The main thing I wanted was to find a cute, cheap bed frame with drawers and that does not squeak! I bought the frame in off-white and it checks all of my boxes! Assembly was super easy, as expected, and it does not squeak. Few things to keep in mind: - the off white is not as bright as I’d want it to be, maybe I should’ve bought the white but the off white is more a light grey. It doesn’t bother me though - the queen size isn’t an exact fit to my mattress; you can see the metal and wooden beams sticking out slightly, meaning its a few inches bigger than the mattress. It doesn’t bother me as I’ll buy a box spring and covers for it - I’m a fan of super high bed frames, with just the mattress, the top of the bed is just above my knees(5’4) - I find the drawers aren’t the easiest to use; sometimes it takes a while to open and close it as it either gets stuck or the screw won’t fit the hole. The directions for the bed were pretty straight forward, it came with all assembly tools needed, and the overall look I am so pleased with! However as I was building the frame I found that it came damaged in the very top right corner :( I’m not returning because it is a small damage in the grand scheme of things and I need it. I was extremely skeptical ordering a headboard & frame from Amazon, however I went ahead & did it hoping it would work out… and it did! I received the package with no damage (thankfully), all the parts came, and I was able to assemble it with my brother. I love the fabric material, and the sleek look it brings. If you want a nice, sturdy, and comfortable headboard & frame that is affordable, I totally recommend this one. :) Side note- Off-White color is actually not off white, it’s more of an actual white with grey resemblance. Which in my case, I’m totally okay with! ... show more

This bed frame was surprisingly really easy to assemble. I was worried that there would be dozens of pieces and they would all need to be put together using one of those awkward little hex/allen wrenches. While that type of hardware came with this bed frame, this kit also came with a tool that I have never seen before--a ratcheting allen wrench that made assembly a breeze. I really like the overall modern look of this bed and the fabric on it feels nice. The bed sits a little lower to the ground than I was used to, but it only took a few nights to get adjusted. We went from a standard metal frame with a box spring to this. The slat system on this new bed frame makes it so a box spring isn't necessary. In fact, using a box spring makes the bed sit way too high. Per the assembly directions, I set our headboard for our 14" mattress and as you can tell from the picture, there's still a considerable gap between the bottom of the headboard and the top of the mattress. It's nice that it's adjustable, so I can lower it. I'm just a little bothered because I couldn't tell until everything was in place and the mattress was on the bed. I really didn't want to pull the mattress of to pull the bed frame away from the wall. The other odd thing about this frame is the amount of space from the edge of the frame to the mattress. From the pictures you can see that there's about 1.5"-2" on the side of the frame and roughly 2.5"-3" on the bottom of the frame. Once all the blankets are on it's less noticeable and it hasn't caused any other issues. The built-in storage is a handy little feature, but if you have night stands, it makes there two drawers toward the head of the bed kind of useless. The drawers are on little wheels, which roll better on carpet than I thought the would, but a traditional drawer track system would have been better--probably more costly, too. There's a little knob/button thing on the inside of the drawer that fits into a hole on the frame to keep the drawer in place while closed and to insure everything is lined up, but it's kind of a pain to snap together. All of that to say this, if you're on a budget and looking to spruce up the look of your bedroom, this is a great option. ... show more
