  • Whoever says the firm isn't firm dont know what they are talking about.
Size: Queen Style: 12 Inch Firm
I slept on this mattress for ONE night and I already know what I got. I slept on it the same night I unboxed it. But I slept on it upside down. Why? Because it was firm on the bottom so and still was memory foam so I slept on it. I have yet to sleep on the side that you are suppose to sleep on but I cant imagine it not being more supportive. I slept through the night for the first time since I started sleeping on a blow up mattress. I bought a house and then the people who wanted to move into the house I was staying in pushed me to leave faster knowing I could have stayed and told them to pound sand, I left and stayed at my fathers house for a few weeks while my settlement went through and while I dealt with a home seller who didnt want to leave. For weeks I slept on a blow up mattress and woke up multiple times a night. Last night was the first time in weeks I didnt wake up even once. Which is how I like it. Woke up fully rested and no pain. One thing I dont get about the advertisements from this company and I think they need to straighten it out.... No matter if you click on 12 inch or 12 inch firm, the materials spoken of are the same size and same materials. So, how can one be firm and one be medium firm? How is that even possible if the materials are the same? I know the mattress is firm. FIRM DOES NOT MEAN YOUR HAND CAN'T SINK IN IT!! Your hand is able to put way more pressure per square inch on the mattress than your body will. It is relative to how much YOU sink in the mattress when you lay on it. And I do not sink at all on this mattress. Those people who prefer soft plush mattresses either never had back issues or is going to have them soon enough. Firm is the only way to go. With a layer of softer material on top. Preferably some cooling foam. This mattress is excellent and I didnt even wait 72 hours. Heck I didnt wait 24 hours. I have been shot with a .38 special in the spine in 1996 so I need quality or I will be in rough shape. The mattress makes all the difference in the world. My quality of life is already lowered... But with a bad mattress it gets significantly lowered even more. But this Mattress is perfect in firmness coolness and support. I almost felt bad because I saw a 2450.00 mattress for sale for 475.00 right after a bought this. But, That was my inner salesman coming out. I would buy that mattress and resell it. This mattress is just as good if not better. What I know for sure is... its good enough for those who need quality in the firmness but also support and coolness. ... show more

  • Game changer
Size: King Style: 12 Inch
The perfect mattress for both me and my partner. It arrived much more quickly than expected and inflated to about 80% within 2 hours of unboxing. We gave it the full 24 to expand, and it's been a dream so far. No pressure points, no tossing and turning, no waking one another in the night, just firm and gentle support all night long. Sleep quality for both of us has improved in the short time we've had it; hands-down one of the best purchases of the year in our house. ... show more

  • Good value
Size: Queen Style: 10 Inch
For the price it’s a good bed. Not sure how long it will last. Bought it god my 15 year old son who was wanting a bigger bed so we got him a queen. There are 2 corners that are still not fully expanded 4 days later. Not horribly bad where it effects the mattress ability to be used. Just strange they are not extending. But he says the bed is good and he sleeps well on it. So that’s all that matters. ... show more

  • Comfortable but smelly -update-
Size: Queen Style: 10 Inch
I have two different king sized sheets to fully wrap this mattress to keep the smell down. NO , it never goes away. Ive had it for 2 years now. Update. 3 years . Still , the smell of this is SO STRONG. Like , its not even gone down a little bit since the day I bought it. That is with the wrapped sheets. I needed to use plastic wrap or something. I wont be taking this with me when I move and I wont be buying another one. However, giant foam style does have its advantages. I will say that it hasnt lost any form or function after all this time and I know springs would have been permanently worn and sagging by now. I sit in the same spot on this bed all day so it will sag after a while. Rotate it around and its good to go for another week. It will sag a little but I mean ive had fully supported and cushy rest for 3 years straight with no signs of this material weakening. It smells like textile chemicals though but if you solve that, or at least dampen it , it should serve you well. I weight 140lbs. This is also important. You dont want to get the thickness I got and weigh more than 150. At 140 im fully supported but after hours , when its fully settled, im supported but I can feel that I have no more room left for compression. Certain positions of sitting will hurt your back if your not sitting with your back against something. This is one property that spring mattresses beat it on. The support while sitting indian style with no back rest is terrible. Basically its not really stiff enough. In my opinion , whatever the stiffest you can get , get it. It will still be soft and cushy because its foam but you wont sink as much and that will save your back. Its pretty great for sleeping flat though. In that respect it feels better than spring mattresses that were good. My grandmothers bed was the most comfy ever but it wore out too. This foam doesnt really wear out but its never going to be quite as stiff as a spring set could be even on the thickest version. I have a queen it says but its closer to a Full+ . For my size I dont think two people would fit under every circumstance comfortably. Sure two people can fit but rolling in the night and the extra room for all that wont be there. You also cant rely on stock frames. Because it has no springs you need a lot of wooden planks on your frame to keep from sagging down in a spot that isnt supported(you will drop). I had to buy 6x8 wooden boards to lay on the metal frame and it took freakin 7 of em. I really should have gotten 9. No, not a single flat piece of sub floor. Trust me. Planks. Dont spill anything on it because its a giant sponge. I always sit on it with plenty of blankets and sheets underneath. Im grateful for it even though the smell sucks. If im honest, if you dont cover it or wrap it, you wont be able to bear it. Pros - Living alone, you just sleep on a different side each night or even switch sides in the middle of the night for good support and comfort all night. It doesnt wear down like a spring mattress does and with the use of support pillows, you can get all the comfort you really need out of a single person. 10 inch is the minimum thickness in my opinion. Its lighter than most and can be easily moved around the room on its base. The queen I got gives my 5 10 inch body plenty of room all around. I can sprawl out any which way I want. Cons - The smell is always strong unless you wrap it up. I even tried plastic wrap at one point but switched to 2 king sized sheets. If you keep it wrapped it will cut the smell down by 70 percent. Dont spill anything on it but water. Its a giant sponge. To clean a spill, you will need to equally soak it again and then sponge it up somehow. Avoid all spills on foam matts. It does form to your body after a while and it can lead to higher body temps. Choose bed sheets that are light and comforters that let your body breathe more than the thicker fluffier others. Avoid large pillows for your head as the body will sink a little into the foam. Avoid really firm pillows for the same reason. It can be a little tricky to find the right balance of heat of comfort but I enjoy this mattress anyway. Its a bit of a pain, but its been better value for something equal in springs. A queen mattress with springs with the support I want would be much more than this cost me. ... show more

  • Very firm, I loved it, my wife didn't; hard to return
Size: Queen Style: 10 Inch
I'm tall and thin and suffer low back pain from sinking into a normal mattress. My parents had one of these in a spare room and after spending the night there, I was amazed at how great I felt. It's so firm you feel like you're floating on top of it rather than sinking in. I bought one to replace my $1600 Saatva. I loved it. My wife hated it and said it was like lying on a rock (somewhat true). We had to let it go and then realized that returning a compressed mattress after taking it out of the box is nearly impossible. (We ended up wandering around a traditional mattress store together to find something we could both live with.) Highly recommend if you are certain you want a really firm foam mattress. Don't recommend if you're not sure. ... show more

I was hesitant to order a mattress online but this mattress exceeded my expectations. It’s a bit firm but very comfortable. Easy to inbox and it expanded right away
