This is a lovely bed, especially at its price point. I put it together all by myself, so you can, too. However, the main tool they give you is kind of useless (doesn't tighten at all) and you need to use the small tool to tighten everything. For this I recommend using a damp wad of paper towels to hold it, or like work gloves if you're fancy. Otherwise the process will destroy your hands. Mine were hurting once I completed the bed. I had to ditch my small box spring because, as you can see it in the pics, it looked horrible. So this bed is definitely for a mattress only. And now my box spring is being used as a background for photos/filming because I don't know what else to do with it yet. The bed is sturdy, quiet, stays in place. It's very pink. It's the pink you expect it to be, no surprises in color. Just be VERY careful putting it together cause it's very easy to get black marks from the metal components smudged onto the pristine pink fabric. I managed to get one spot out with said damp paper towels when I first learned this lesson. I am pleased with it, this was a purchase for my inner child and so I say this bed is healing as well as practical. If you have a kid (or inner child) who loves pink I highly suggest you buy this. My only wish is the headboard was higher. Another set/row of tufted squares would make this spectacular. But it's great as is. ... show more

pretty sturdy bedframe for a pretty good price in my opinion. it is well supported by its 9 legs and does not creak or make noise. materials used are cheap, but functional for the purpose of holding up your mattress. headboard is soft and the pattern looks nice if not a little basic. assembly was a bit tricky, i ended up having to use a power drill to get some of the screws in, as the included ratchet didn't have enough torque to get them all the way in, but otherwise assembly was pretty painless. i do really like that the horizontal slats that hold the mattress up just fall right into place and are held in by velcro, that's a really nice feature ... show more

I looked at several frames and headboards before purchasing this for my college-age son who moved out of dorms into a house with a qu beed. I chose this model is because of the sturdiness of the mattress support, ease of assembly and quick and no-cost delivery. It was received within 2 days. I considered other, less expenses models, but with shipping cost the savings was neglible. Also, less expensive frames had reviews of damaged packaging and missing assembly parts. This arrived in perfect order with all parts. The frame is nice looking, sturdy and easy to assemble. It is high enough off the ground that we purchased underbed drawers for additional storage. I was pleasantly surprised with this bed. It was very easy to put together, is very sturdy and stylish. I previously had just a bed frame but this adds a little more class without having to pay a lot of money. The headboard is soft enough and the side rails are firm and add definition to the bed making it seem a lot more expensive than it was. This bed needs to last us for about six or seven years and I think it will make it. Can you bounce and jump on it? No, but for a tween to teen, it should work. I was amazed that I could put it together and if I can do it, anyone can. It was affordable and looks nice with the pink headboard.

For under $200 it’s not a terrible bed frame. It’s assembled very easily and can be done alone under an hour. I purchased the dark gray. Arrived quickly. Box wasn’t badly damaged & no components of the bed frame were damaged. I would recommend only if you have a 10ish inch or less mattress.
