In a complicated and unplanned turn of events I found myself needing to swap out my queen sized bed for a full sized one. I was not financially prepared to shell out big bucks on a bed. This concerned me because I believed that I'd have to do just that to get a bed of good quality. After searching notable furniture stores on the internet and finding nothing that was at a comfortable price point for me I decided to look on Amazon as a last resort. I thought, "What kind of Crackerjack prize furniture am I going to come across on Amazon? I was pleasantly surprised when I came across this bed on Amazon. The price was really reasonable and it looked pretty decent. I wondered what the catch was. After reading several reviews, I ordered the bed, but I was still skeptical. The bed came on time (early in fact). All of the parts came zipped inside the back of the headboard, which is brilliant. The instructions were super-easy to follow pictures. My overthinking caused me to take longer assembling the bed than it should have. Had I not overthought, I could have assembled the bed in 30 minutes - maybe less. There is a simplicity about the look of the frame that caused me more skepticism. I am a full-figured woman. I just kept wondering how such a simple looking design could support a mattress with me on it and not fall down like a house of cards. Well, I've been sleeping on the bed for a couple weeks now and it is wonderful. Super sturdy. In the 2 weeks that I've been sleeping and sitting on it and turning over in it, I have not heard a single, solitary squeak or creak...Oh, yeah, I am 54 years old and I was able to put the bed together by myself. I strongly recommend purchasing this bed, especially if you're balling on a budget. Those are thr pros. My only con is that the headboard is not as tufted in real life as it is depicted in the pic on Amazon. But for the price, it looks just fine.

I have told several people that of all the furniture I've assembled, this was the most satisfying. By myself it took about 90 minutes because the directions aren't super detailed and the headboard was tricky to balance while installing. I was concerned I would be missing items/parts because the packaging was so small, but turns out it was efficient and creative without compromising quality. The ratchet allen wrench was a great tool until the headboard - you have to switch to the classic allen wrench. The metal frame fit together perfectly and is extremely sturdy. I did lay some of the thin packaging foam between the metal frame and the wooden slats, just to protect and hopefully deafen any potential squeaking. The headboard isn't significantly padded but it looks soo nice! Would purchase again!

Bought this bed for my tween daughter. Wanted one she could grow with. Let me tell you this is an awesome bed. First the quality is great. This will definitely be something she can grow with for years to come. Secondly it took no time at all to put together. This had to do with the tool it came with. I will definitely be keeping this for future Allen wrench projects. You do not need a box spring for this bed. We had one before purchasing so we went ahead and used it. My only complaint with this is that it does not sit between the side pieces but evenly with them. Maybe down the road we will get rid of the box spring but right now my daughter likes how tall her bed is.

I’ve been looking for an upholstered bed for our daughter for a while now. I’ve look at numerous sites and couldn’t decide what I wanted. I ended up going with this bed because of the price and positive reviews. I’m so glad I did! Assembly was so easy! I could have done it myself (39 yr old female) but my husband helped and we were done in no time, I was shocked! Instructions were simple and easy to follow. This bed is super easy to assemble and is extremely sturdy. Would recommend this frame to anyone. Took me around 45 mins to build, all the parts were well labeled for a streamlined building experience.

The only issue I have is that there's a metal support bar right at the edge in the middle of the bed sides. So right around where you'd stand to get into bed. My bf and I have both stubbed our toe a few times. I had to wrap it in foam.
