Bought this for when the children’s sleepovers and camping. I was 7 months pregnant and couldn’t fathom the idea sleeping on an air mattress, and this did the trick. Its really big folded up (check the dimensions) but we could tie it to the top of our Honda CR-V pretty easily. I slept so much better than on an air mattress, I shared the full size with my 2 year old and I liked how it didnt disturb him when I rolled over multiple times through the night. I ripped the case first time putting it on, but that was mostly user error. Case is not made of strong material but I really didn’t expect it to be at this price point. I have used both a Casper and a Tuft and needle mattress on the floor and they both broke down in about a month so I expected this mattress to be a temporary sort of situation. But I was surprisingly wrong, this mattress has kept its shape and I am 260ibs 5’11 just for perspective. Pros: very comfortable! It came vacuum-sealed in a very compact package. No/little foam smell when first opened. Lightweight even after unpacking+expanding. Cons: the cover was not sewn very well; it wasn't ripped or torn, just looks like they were sloppy sewing the seam. The zippers are also very brittle; I just tugged one a little and it shattered into several pieces. I'm guessing it got crushed during the vacuuming process. ... show more

This is the perfect topper for a hard mattress. I bought this to go on top of a futon I bought that was extremely hard even though it has springs similar to a box spring for a bed. I would have preferred it to be a bit softer as I was used to sleeping on a pillow top mattress but I have no complaints. I bought the New Twin size and it is perfect for a futon. It’s nice and firm (not too firm) and very comfortable. You do feel the folding voids but it’s fixed if you push them together. Purchased a fitted sheet for the xl twin mattress but the sheet fit a bit large to keep it together. I will be trying a regular twin sheet to see if that helps

My fiancé and I bought this for our cross country move to sleep on until our things arrived in the moving truck later that week. We slept on it for 4 nights, and I can’t imagine having to have slept on an air mattress for that long instead. I’d suggest getting the thickest option if you can. The bed is fantastic and super comfortable. Folds easy and is the best “guest” bed ever…but the storage bag ripped the time we pick it up by the handles. Made of a cloth like material instead of that good ikea bag quality. Buy the mattress, but include the cost of another bag 🥺.
