This fig‑colored magnetic case for the Kindle Scribe and Scribe Colorsoft provides strong protection for the device while keeping the magnetic stylus secure. The case is a dark rose shade with a pebbled leather‑like look and opens like a book. A 5‑inch magnetic flap folds over from the back to keep the case securely closed and hold the stylus in place. The inside is a lighter shade with a felt‑like texture, and the Scribe attaches magnetically to the back panel. The front cover puts the Scribe to sleep when closed and wakes it when opened. It features an origami design that folds into a pyramid‑shaped stand, supporting the Kindle in either portrait or landscape orientation. When the front cover is folded straight back, the closing flap folds behind and attaches magnetically to keep it out of the way. This case fit my Kindle Scribe Colorsoft perfectly, but you want to check your Scribe version as sizes sometimes change. The back of the case is very sturdy with a bit of flex. It holds the Kindle Scribe securely enough that it won’t fall off even when turned upside down, though shaking can dislodge it, so it’s best not to test it. I especially appreciate the closing flap, since it prevents the front cover from opening accidentally and turning on the device, which can drain the battery. It also allows the stylus to attach to the Kindle itself while still keeping it from falling off. The origami stand takes a moment to figure out, but if you grab the triangle at the right edge of the front cover and twist it down as you fold it back, the pieces fall into place easily. Overall, this magnetic case for the Kindle Scribe and Scribe Colorsoft provides protection and security for your device, along with a convenient stand and a fashionable look.

Tried both the Moko and Fintie origami case as both are on sale at similar price with the same design. Moko feels softer to touch and more pleasant to hold as Fintie is more slippery. However the front magnets on Moko are weak so the stand doesn’t hold up in as many positions as Fintie. The penflap also doesn’t fully close because of the weaker magnets. So Moko is less functional but better looks. Really want to love this one but the verdict is out on whether it’s a keeper.

I am very picky about my cases. So when I first got this one, I thought I wasn't going to like it because it felt like that flap was going to be in my way all the time. But after I used it for about an hour, it stayed folded back out of the way and was no problem whatsoever. Plus when the case is folded open, the magnet holds the flap in place (photo 3). I'm very pleased with this case. As you can see from my photos, I do position my pen so the tip is covered by the flap to protect it. The magnets in the case are fairly strong. Your Kindle Scribe will fall out if you try to hold it by just the case and shake it, but that's not something someone would do in the normal course of things. As an everyday case, this is a good one. My Kindle Scribe popped right in place with no problems. The case doesn't make it super heavy. The case is easy to use and it looks good. I like it.

This case was not a fit for my Kindle Scribe. If the case doesn't fit, then it negates its entire purpose. If that wasn't enough, the case also wasn't magnetic like it claims. It's basically a folder without a purpose. There's no place to put the stylus, it doesn't fit, it's not magnetic, and it's just a big disappointment. I don't recommend this at all.

For around $32, this is a good folio cover. It feels sturdy, fits securely, and I like that the back folds into a stand for hands-free reading. The built-in stylus holder is also a useful feature. I currently use the Amazon folio cover on my Kindle Scribe, so that is naturally what I compare this one to. The Scribe folio feels a little sleeker and more premium, while this one is slightly bulkier and more utilitarian. That said, this cover is also considerably less expensive. I do think it is a solid, functional cover and a good value for the price. It protects the device well, the stand works nicely, and it feels durable enough for everyday use.

I got this for my Kindle Scribe after having worn my original case to the point where it was shabby and stained. I got the fig color (purplish pink) and am very pleased with it. It is easily wiped clean, sits up well to read and/or make notes and highlights, and has the "auto on/off" ability which I love because it keeps my battery use down so I don't have to recharge as often. I had no issue with attaching my Scribe to the cover and the magnetic attachment is strong and solid. The Scribe fits the case well, with good protection for it. The case itself seems more durable and easy to use than my original case was. I also appreciate the comfort whether I am holding the case (with the Scribe in it) or using it on a table or desk. The fit is slim and close to the surface of the Scribe, so that there is minimal additional bulk added with the case, which results in good portability as well. I feel that in spite of the expense of the case, it is worth the investment to protect your Scribe.

This case is excellent! Fits my Scribe Color soft perfectly, the magnets holding it in place are perfect. I was so impressed with how the plum cover matches my plum scribe. They look like a matching set! My only complaint is that using it with the cover folded, the magnets in the cover with mess with the pen's sensitivity. Additionally, writing too close to the edges will mess with the pen as well. I use my scribe to write A LOT so this is disappointing. Additionally, the design to fold the cover into a stand is a bit baffling to me. I don't use the stand feature often though, so it is not problem for me. I would definitely buy this case again.

While waiting for my Kindle Scribe to arrive, I ordered this case so I would have protection ready from day one. After receiving the case, I was genuinely impressed with the quality. It’s not genuine leather, but the faux leather feels surprisingly premium and well made. The Kindle attaches magnetically, which looks like it will make installation and removal very easy. The inside is lined with a soft material, so I don’t expect it to scratch the device. I also noticed several thoughtful details in the design. The four corners on the inside are shaped to accommodate the rubber feet on the bottom of the Kindle instead of interfering with them. There’s also a dedicated way to secure the pen, which is important to me because I definitely don’t want to lose it. Another feature I really like is the folding design. The edges of the cover can attach to each other magnetically, allowing the Kindle to stand upright at an angle. This should be especially convenient when reading without having to hold the device the entire time. Overall, the materials, magnetic attachment, soft interior, pen storage, and stand design all feel very well thought out. I’m very happy with the quality of this case and would definitely recommend it to other Kindle Scribe users.
