Not only is this "tooled" leather case a fine looking product, it fully encloses my new Fire HD8 and gives it all the protection needed. It may be $5 or $10 more than other cases on the market, but I assure you it is a fine product that has great value in the long run.

Bought this to replace an aging deteriorating case. Followed the model guide but found that the model I have fits but the casing blocks the charging port and power button. Took a little modification to make it work but it’s fine. Functionally it’s a great cover for a kindle fire.

I like that it has several designs to choose from, it is thin enough to use on my wireless charger, it has a hand strap and it can be propped up for viewing or typing. I also like that when I close the case, it automatically puts my tablet in sleep mode and when I open it, it wakes up.

I like the various modes of use; hand held or standing on an angle. Use the strap to make it stand properly.
