I got a Xtra large but I could have went with a Large so it def runs a but big. I still like it and might just order a Large and keep my Extra large for work. It's soft,cozy and THE ARMS Are LINED WITH FLEECE. Absolute Love it. I have some jackets that dont have fleece lining in the arms and it doesn't make sense like why would I want my arms to be cold.
