I like the INLY Aromatherapy Shower Capsules because they provide the aromatic benefits of shower steamers without the gritty bits or decorative embellishments washing down the drain. They work best if you have your shower exhaust fan off, and close the door. If you allow the shower to steam the area before turning the handle to release the fragrance into your shower-head, the scent lingers in the air. I like to do my usual cleaning routine in the shower, let the bathroom become all nice, warm and steamy and then turn the shower scent setting to the lowest setting. I've been able to do this and enjoy 2 separate shower sessions per capsule. My worklife is incredibly stressful and long shifts give me little time to relax, so this is one way I can help myself with limited time. I do find these to be a fair value compared to a store-bought quality bath fizzle or shower steamer. The sampler pack came with my shower head and I was able to determine the Tropical Day is my favorite, but each one is very nice in their own right. I will purchase this again.

So I have a shower head that uses these so I had to give them a try. It had a nice strong smell when I first open it and showered and after that nothing so I assume a pod is a one time use which makes it a little expensive for my liking. I guess it’s just to create a spa like smell while showing?

I can't get these to really smell in the shower. Insert Wait for water to be hot Set to heavy setting Mmmm, first breath Every other breath....nada. Turn off and remove Hmm, filled halfway with water. Is it really all water? Am I throwing out usable stuff? Am I keeping just water to try again? Gimmick.
