Very well made and easy to assemble. The frame feels sturdy, the cushions are comfortable, and it looks great on our patio. Excellent quality for the price.

    • Amazing patio furniture
Color: Gray White
We bought this as a dupe for those high end brands that were $7,000! This is exactly the same quality. Sturdy, durable, comfortable and looks amazing for a fraction of the price. We get so many compliments on it. Easy assembly. Highly recommend!

    • 1 star to 5 stars!
Color: Gray Charcoal
I have ordered this couch 7 times at least! I love this couch for our clients. The last 2 times the order has been cancelled on the day I was suppose to receive it.!!! I did not cancel it, I did not get a notification telling me that it was arriving at a certain time. I did have some one in the building to receive it if they came during the hours that the building is opened which is usually between 8 am-5pm. The items we have delivered to us always get dropped off at the front of the building, with no problems. We Even have our name on a sign of where to drop the items. I am so confused of what is going on. There is no place to express my frustration to ask question and know why this item is not being delivered. Since I wrote this review I found a way to contact Amazon thru the chat customer service. They helped me to figure out the issue. It was damaged in transit. They not only gave me an apology for not communicating that better but gave me a $50.00 discount, for my inconvenience on this matter. So I am changing my 1 star to 5! hope this helps those that buy this patio couch! That couch is amazing and looks so professional and clean. It is also easy to clean. I wish they made more items like this one. I have bought so many because they stage well in model homes. ... show more

    • Do not buy it!!
Color: Gray White
I am giving a one star for the customer service. The product is ok. But for something that is outdoor furniture they need to give you the ability to replace parts. We unfortunately had a wind storm that carried one of the pillow away. I reached out to PURCHASE a replacement. They denied the request. Saying they don’t sell direct. But they sold me the couch directly. They referred me to a couple custom pillow companies. But I would have to replace all 5 cushions for it to match. This is disappointing and would cost as much as the whole product to replace. Don’t buy it! ... show more

    • Easy assembly
Color: Gray Charcoal
Great outdoor sofa. Very deep for lounging so you’ll want a few extra decorative pillows to fill in. It sit lower in the back that we thought but still very comfortable. Back pillows are soft and cozy. Seat cushions are firm and supportive. Fabric is a good quality. The company does not offer replacement cushion covers which was disappointing. Hopefully they will take my suggestion to offer in the future. ... show more
