I had been looking for a pillow that would allow me to sleep at night and wake up in the morning without any neck or back pain. Other pillows tend to move around or lose their shape. This pillow has different shredded pieces inside of it, so it allows your head and neck to be contoured in a comfortable and restful way. I bought this pillow twice two years apart, so here are my two separate reviews: Pillow 1: This pillow provides good support, but it isn't that comfortable. One star off because the photos show 10 Year Warranty but the product itself shows only a 1 Year Warranty. Modway customer service was subpar when I called them about this. Pillow 2: This pillow is completely different than the first one. There is WAY less memory foam in this one and the support is bad. And this is after they jacked up the price. Really disappointing. I tried calling and chatting with Modway for support and it was impossible to get through to them. I may just end up returning it. ... show more

I was waking up each morning with a headache, and I thought a new pillow would help since the one I was using was quite old. I saw the "My Pillow" commercials and considered it, but the cost was too much and the reviews were mixed. I found this pillow and was still not happy about spending $18 on a pillow when I could go to Wal-Mart and get something for less. Having used it for almost a month, I can say it was well worth the money. I haven't had a headache since I got the pillow. It sleeps "cool" and doesn't cause me to sweat. We ordered two of these. One was super comfortable and firm, really perfect. The second one was nowhere near close to the first. It seemed to have half the amount of memory foam in it, making it unsupportive and uncomfortable. I am ordering a 3rd to see if maybe it was a fluke.
