Comfortable supportive pillow!
Size: King
I love this pillow - it is so comfortable and supportive. I'm a side sleeper that turns frequently and this pillow is simply amazing. There are no lumps and it feels evenly supportive across the pillow. It puffed up fully in about an hour and I was impressed with the quality of the stitching and fabric. The pillow had a slight odor at first, but it's very faint and not noticeable through a pillow case. This is my first memory foam pillow, so all I can compare it to is a standard polyester filled pillow (down alternative). This pillow is so much better! I'll update my review after using it for several months ... show more

Love the Shredded Pieces Inside; Allows for Great Contour!
Size: Standard/Queen
I had been looking for a pillow that would allow me to sleep at night and wake up in the morning without any neck or back pain. Other pillows tend to move around or lose their shape. This pillow has different shredded pieces inside of it, so it allows your head and neck to be contoured in a comfortable and restful way. Ever since I have been using this pillow, I have been waking up without any pain each morning. I do have to fluff it up after each use and prepare it each night, but I would definitely recommend it! ... show more

These are my favorite pillows!
Size: King
Love that you can wash these and they last forever! The bamboo fibers make it super easy to refluff and get back to the shape you want it. These are my favorite pillows!!

Variation in quality and horrible customer service
Size: King
I bought this pillow twice two years apart, so here are my two separate reviews: Pillow 1: This pillow provides good support, but it isn't that comfortable. One star off because the photos show 10 Year Warranty but the product itself shows only a 1 Year Warranty. Modway customer service was subpar when I called them about this. Pillow 2: This pillow is completely different than the first one. There is WAY less memory foam in this one and the support is bad. And this is after they jacked up the price. Really disappointing. I tried calling and chatting with Modway for support and it was impossible to get through to them. I may just end up returning it. ... show more

Well worth the money
Size: Standard/Queen
I was waking up each morning with a headache, and I thought a new pillow would help since the one I was using was quite old. I saw the "My Pillow" commercials and considered it, but the cost was too much and the reviews were mixed. I found this pillow and was still not happy about spending $18 on a pillow when I could go to Wal-Mart and get something for less. Having used it for almost a month, I can say it was well worth the money. I haven't had a headache since I got the pillow. It sleeps "cool" and doesn't cause me to sweat. It is like sleeping on a cloud whether I'm on my side or on my back, but mostly I sleep on my side. ... show more

Inconsistent between pillows
Size: Standard/Queen
We ordered two of these. One was super comfortable and firm, really perfect. The second one was nowhere near close to the first. It seemed to have half the amount of memory foam in it, making it unsupportive and uncomfortable. I am ordering a 3rd to see if maybe it was a fluke. If the 3rd one is also inconsistent I’ll be returning it and putting a lower rating up. ... show more
