Purchased two twin bed frames for a second BR. Came quickly and materials were packed nicely with no scuffs or damaged parts. Nicely illustrated assembly manual with details of inclusions and step sequence. Only complaint is that the two hardware bags were labled with stickers that fell off and was initially unclear if I had all the parts. After careful inspection, all the parts were included for both beds. Suggest that the manual indicate the content of each bag. Also the labels need stronger adhesive so that they do not fall off. Also suggest that they include the curved washers for the legs so that the horizontal pieces when attached to the legs looks more finished. When assembling I suggest that you use a drill with an allen wrench bit (M5) so that the assembly moves along more swiftly. There are many bolts for each bed. There were some struggles with the first bed, especially in fitting together the horizontal pieces. Did the second bed in less that 45 minutes. I ordered a Jenna Inner Spring mattress with 3 inch topper and the mattress overhangs the frame just a bit on the sides. The head and foot of the mattress fit snugly. Overall pleased. ... show more

It really is a firm mattress, IMO very firm/hard. My new mattress arrived yesterday. By noon I had it expanded and ready for sheets. I lay down on it and decided it needed more padding so added the memory foam topper I already had. I got a great night's sleep for the first time in a long time. My hips did not hurt this morning. My fat ol' self is picky about mattresses but can't afford an expensive one. IMO this one does need the extra padding of a memory foam topper but that's OK by me - customization! YMMV and you might like the harder mattress or mine could have expanded more since yesterday and doesn't need it so much. I think it said it could take 48 hrs. to fully expand but I had to put it in place where it would be used. The thing is on the heavy and awkward side to move both in and out of the box but worth the effort. ... show more

Delivered 12/31/22..unwrapping was a breeze…no smell that I noticed…came to size pretty quick. was able to sleep on the same day. As I write this review 1/12/23 it Measures 9+ inches thick if I’m measuring correctly. I was going back and forth between this mattress and an all memory foam type. I cant comment on the memory foam but I am happy that I chose this mattress. I prefer this over my regular main bed mattress. I Would recommend to anyone who ask. Exceeded my expectations. I'm so grateful for reviews! Who buys a mattress without trying it out first? We did because of great reviews and now I will add my own. We replaced the queen bed in our RV with two twins. These mattresses are fantastic! We sleep on a king Sleep Number bed at home and we feel we are not sacrificing when in the RV. Bought two 8 inch mattresses for a new daybed. They came in boxes and were very easy to unwrap- and expanded very nicely. My son slept on the twin top only to see how comfortable it was. He said it was awesome. He is nowhere near the 250 lb limit but it was very comfortable. The next night he pulled out the trundle and slept on both mattresses (like a king)- once again- his sleep was wonderful. I bought a twin for my son and it's amazing.. I got this full for myself and this is the bed after 48 hours it still does not seem like it has fully expanded... the sides are droopy and it just doesn't seem like it's as puffy as it should be...

This is the third time I have purchased this mattress. I bought two for my mountain house, and one for the guest room for my primary residence. It is nice to find a mattress that isn’t memory foam (memory foam breaks down quickly and is hot). So far, these mattresses have held up well. They are firm, but comfortable.
