Don't get me wrong... I like this bed. It seems as if it's going to be way less sturdy and far louder than you think while you're putting it together... And, I was missing the 16 "spacers" that were supposed to come with the frame. But, everything fit together well. You really do need two people if you want to build this bed quickly... And two sets of the tools that come with for assembly. The directions were not exactly Lego-spec... It took me awhile to figure out that they wanted the long screw on the two mid-support legs on the outward hole in both directions on the cross-frame... It's confusing. I nearly went to the bar mid-assembly, but figured it out before putting on my hat. It's not like this is specifically stated anywhere, you just have to visually inspect the directions quite thoroughly. Once together, the light frame is surprisingly strong. I look forward to seeing how it holds up! ... show more

Love this bed. Assembly wasn’t awful, but I would have 2 people. It arrived with all of the necessary parts, however, step one - attach headboard to supporting legs - one of the holes was stripped & wouldn’t grab the bolt! We also had to drill holes into one of the double slatts because they were crooked. Aside from these hiccups, the bed seems durable & is cute! Holds our heavy king bed, me & my husband (we aren’t small people) and our 2 small pups no problem. I would recommend so long as you expect a couple of issues! ... show more

This is a great bed for the price. It looks really nice, it wasnt hard to put together - BUT I had a helper. I would think this would have been much more of a hassle to assemble without someone else. It seems to be quite sturdy, although at this point only about 150 lb people have slept on it. Its a decent height, easy enough for my 50 year knees to get on and off. ... show more

This bed was great at first, easy to out together, but it has complete fallen apart. The middle legs have ripped through the screws and now cannot hold much weight. We have to throw this away.

The media could not be loaded. This could not be any more creaky. The head board and the foot board were SO LOUD with every single tiny little movement. The metal pieces were poorly glued and metered together leaving big sloppy spaces and openings. We usually sleep with fans on so noise doesn’t but us much, but the noise level from this bed was unbearable. This is cheap and awful, save yourself the hassle of the return and choose another bed ... show more
