The comment said that it was very firm so I was a little worried but ordered anyway….the firmness turned out to be my favorite feature! It is literally one of the most comfortable sofas I’ve ever had. I like it better than our Cloud sofa!     • Better than expected
We have had custom couches made before but after the last one wore out we started trying inexpensive pieces. Those are NOT a worth the Hassle of getting rid of them when they quickly start to peel. We deceived to go half way lux with this piece. It has much of the sturdiness of a custom piece at 1/2 the price. The corners that were cut are some poorly finished wood on the under frame that could give splinters but honestly, once you put the legs on you would have to reason to visit that part of the instruction. It is a sold and well constructed piece, well packed and almost 100% assembled. If it lasts 10 years it will be well worth the investment because it exudes a custom made quality ... show more

We waited a month for this sofa to come in and we were very excited. Once we set it up and sat on it though we went silent. It’s the hardest couch you will ever sit on. I would rather sit on the floor honestly. It’s way overpriced for the quality, the smell is intoxicating (a mixture of chemicals and fish) the fabric is scratchy. The worst part is they claim easy returns…nope, they will charge you to ship it back, in original packaging, and theeeeeen there is a restocking fee. Just don’t waste your time! ... show more

Love this sectional it is perfect! Exactly what I wanted! I made a mistake of ordering a right facing one instead of left. So I will be exchanging it hopefully. Over all it’s beautiful it’s stiff but pretty sure because it’s new hopefully as the months go by it will soften up.

    • It's beautiful but uncomfortable
This sofa is very beautiful. However, it's uncomfortable. Im 5'11'' but when I sit on it, my feet are hanging in the air. And the cushion is soft at all. I really doubt if the designer spent any time sitting on it.

The media could not be loaded. The color and fabric is gorgeous! Super ample, it IS big... and super comfortable. Love this couch!
