The media could not be loaded. I LOVE MY COUCH!!! Pros: EASIEST assembly! (Opening the boxes & unwrapping was harder than putting the actual couch together). The only thing you had to assemble were the legs of the couch and it came with an Allen key. The couches come with a hinge at the bottom and you only have to lift the couch up place in the hole and push and it locks in place. The couches are very light (unless im strong 29yo female 165lbs 5’9) i was able to assemble couches in less than 30 minutes. I fall asleep comfortably because the couch and the ottoman are long enough to fit me lying down. The actual 3rd party vendor delivery guys were amazing ! They carried every box up to the 2nd floor and inside my apartment with no complaints. Even called 30minutes in advance to let me know they were almost at my home. No funky smell! Fluffy thick couches and the pillows/seats do NOT slip off or move! Cons: They use a third party vendor NOT amazon and even if you choose a date and time they do not care. The seller will let you know when you have to be home for the delivery, no other options. I had scheduled for a time i would be home (6pm) and they delivered at 2pm. I had to use PTO for a couch delivery! The actual delivery guys were amazing ! They carried every box up to the 2nd floor and inside my apartment with no complaints. ... show more

This couch is horrible! Someone said the fabric is like outdoor furniture and that is 100% accurate. It is NOT pet friendly and very difficult to clean. The back is too low so the cushions just keep falling off or get slouched down. But, the worst thing about this couch is that it pills horribly which makes it always look dirty even when it's not. This couch is amazing. Looks literally like the RH one. It’s extremely comfortable and I want to lay on it every day. The pillows and whole set are removable so you can wash them. Assembly was very easy- did it all by myself. Took about 4 hours. Value for the money.

I did a lot of research about this modway couch before buying it, Amazon sells it for much cheaper than other retailers so I figured I would give it a go. Couch came extremely fast and it is perfect, great quality, the cloud couch dupe of my dreams. Now please be aware because Amazon doesn’t deliver big things like this, in my area they partner with CEVA to do the final delivery for them, and holy crap working with them was a nightmare. From scheduling a time to get it delivered to the whole experience of dealing with the driver, I do not understand why Amazon partners with this company. 10/10 purchase, just beware of who does the final delivery. ... show more

Knocked down a star because shipping/delivery got delayed and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone directly. It finally arrived and the people who unloaded offered to build and remove trash for an additional fee in which we denied. Assembly and instructions are easy and so far we love the couch! You can link them together or keep them as is to move around. It is comfy and not cheap feeling or extremely firm.
