I was not comfortable ordering a sofa and chair that I could not experience in person. I’m the type who needs fabric swatches and a complete room design to ruminate over. A few prices of info to share: This is long and low. I understood it from the description but some may be surprised by the scale. I’m 6’ and sitting perfectly. I was scared of the beige and the undertones it might have. This perfect with threads of creams, taupe, and tan. I will be able to use it with anything I decide to do with the den I’m furnishing. The fabric has a great linen texture and a softer handfeel than I’d expected. That’s a good thing! And the seams and stitching look great. The seat cushions are shaped for only one location. All of the cushions including the arms fit together in a specific way. I appreciate the detail and don’t mind being fussy. You won’t be able to to fluff and flop cushions but all the covers are zippered so (if the fabric holds up) some cushion maintenance in time will be easy. The cushions are firm and supportive but as I sit here writing this it is relaxing nicely and the arms are exactly the right height for an elbow. The bottom cushions come with wide Velcro to hold them in place. The packaging was great. The wood trim was protected with foam wrap and the legs were were wrapped up in a bundle of foam. It’s a little thing, but even the washers were already on the hardware and placed in a zip top bag. Amazons purchase experience was top notch and a welcomed relief to the struggles of buying furniture right now. My desired time window was available, delivery was right in the middle of the window and the delivery folks were quick and careful. I will do this again.

I have searched high and low for an oversized and contemporary looking chair to curl up and read in. I am 5'9" with longer legs than torso, and the width and deep seat of this chair makes it possible for me to tuck both legs under me while seated. The chair looks heavy, but is easy to move...50 lbs I think? It has a small enough footprint to sit nicely in a corner of a studio kitchen. The light gray colored fabric appears exactly as pictured on the Amazon website. There is a very slight woven texture, and it feels smooth and of decent quality. There are several other companies that distribute this chair, but after searching all of them, got the best price and free (prime) shipping by ordering from Amazon. The chair arrived in one enormous box and all I had to do was put on the feet and assemble the pillows. The seller shipped via FedEx in California (where I live) and the piece arrived in perfect condition and a few days early. Am going to write an additional excellent review for the seller. Overall I am delighted with the Chance chair and look forward to styling it with a lumber throw pillow, cozy blanket, and enjoying it for years!

I absolutely love my new sofa and it is all that I could have hoped for. I was in touch with the seller who helped orchestrate the perfect delivery for me. He also answered additional questions concerning the product. There was a slight delay in the delivery because it did not reach the warehouse in time. However. His company kept in touch by email and it was delivered as promised. For me it is perfect, for someone taller it might not be. I am short and it is wonderful to be able to sit with my feet planted firmly on the ground. I still do need a throw pillow behind me to reach the back when seated. A taller person would not need this. The design is contemporary and blends in with my other pieces. It is a very light beige in color which also works for me. The wood trim along the bottom of the sofa which attaches to the legs gives it a nice finishing touch. It was delivered on time and by two gentlemen who carried it inside for me. I am 84 years old and could not have managed it by myself. It was packed in a very large box with some foam type packing around it and a fitted covering of packing fabric around it . The box was undamaged and the sofa in perfect condition. It was quick and easy to assemble with a minimum of fuss. The memory foam seats are firm so if you are looking for a sofa to sink into, this is not it. However, although firm, it is not uncomfortable to sit in. The price point was perfect for the quality of the product. I was always used to going to a furniture store to pick out what I wanted. I did try that but was unable to find what I wanted so this was a whole new experience for me. I highly recommend this sofa and seller and would buy again if I were still looking.

With COVID19 delays it’s great you can get a sofa in a day or two. I had a smooth delivery. The sofa looks nice, and for the most part is comfortable. It is 16” from your butt to the ground so it’s a low drop if you are a taller person. I like it but would have have never paid the price if I had seen it ahead of time. Buying furniture online can be a crap shoot.
