I’ve been using Knees Compression Sleeve for a while now, and overall, I am satisfied with its performance! As someone who engages in regular physical activities, including running and weightlifting, I needed a product that could provide support, reduce knee pain, and improve stability. This sleeve has definitely exceeded my expectations in most areas. What I found positive: 1. Exceptional Compression and Support: The level of compression is just right—not too tight to cause discomfort but firm enough to provide significant support. I’ve noticed a considerable reduction in knee pain during and after workouts, especially when doing high-impact exercises like squats. 2. Comfortable Fit: The material is soft, breathable, and stretchy, making it comfortable to wear for long periods. Even after wearing it all day, I didn’t experience any chafing or irritation, which is a huge plus. 3. Improved Mobility: Unlike some other knee sleeves I’ve tried, this one doesn’t restrict movement. Whether I’m running, hiking, or doing yoga, I can move freely and with confidence. 4. Pain Relief and Recovery: This sleeve has been a lifesaver on days when my knees feel sore or inflamed. It provides instant relief and has noticeably helped with recovery after intense workouts. 5. Durable and Stylish Design: The sleeve feels well-made and looks sleek. It’s held up well after multiple washes without losing its elasticity or shape, which speaks to its quality. The One Minor Issue: The only drawback I’ve noticed is with the rubber lining at the top of the sleeve. I’ve been lifting for a few decades now, and as the weights get heavier, my knees have started to feel it. I bought these in 2023 specifically to help with my squat game. While they are definitely cute and look cool in the gym, they aren't miracle workers. Support & Mobility: These offer moderate support. They provide a nice bit of compression that helps with minor aches, but they aren't stiff enough for heavy max-effort days. The upside is that your mobility remains excellent—you don't feel "locked in" or restricted. Wearability & Fit: I found the fit to be borderline too tight at the top, yet they still didn't stay in place well. Whether I wore them under or over pants, they tended to slide or bunch up during a set. Weight & Skin Irritation: They are very lightweight and breathable. I didn't experience any skin irritation or itching, which is a huge plus compared to thicker neoprene sleeves that can get sweaty and cause rashes. Value for Money: Since you get a 2-pack at a budget-friendly price, the value is good for casual gym-goers or light recovery, but serious lifters might want to invest in something more heavy-duty. I never leave reviews because everybody size shape weight and all that’s different so it makes no sense to leave a review. I’m a heavyset girl. I weigh about 260 and just by saying that you don’t have any idea whether I’m pair shaped or just my legs are big. It’s different for everybody. These knee braces are awesome. I ordered the largest size they slip right on. They’re not too tight. they do not slide down. I needed them for my cruise and they’re gonna be just perfect so if you’re a heavyset girl and have thicker thighs, bigger kneecaps go with the 3X all my weight is in my butt and in my belly and a little in my legs, but my legs are thick go with this larger size if you’re a big girl. Looks like in the picture that it cutting into my leg. It’s not it’s not tight at all around my thigh. ... show more
