Very easy to put together. The extra storage is great. The material is pretty soft but seems durable. I was looking for something for a family of 5 to sit comfortably and we do. It’s more firm than pillow soft. But very comfortable. It’s lower to the ground than I thought it would be but that doesn’t take away from the sofa. It’s a great sofa. We’ve had these for 2 weeks now. The color is beautiful and not too bright. It’s nice and firm. The ends of the cushions do not rise up when someone is sitting on them. That’s a major plus for me. Tons of storage as described. It is shorter, height wise, than a couch bought at a furniture shop. Super easy to put together. I do wish the back cushions were more supportive but I just added additional pillows for support and aesthetics. Oh and they did have a smell out of the box, we just sprayed Lysol and that helped. Amazing! For starters, as soon as I placed the order, the company emailed me to let me know the sofa would arrive in three separate boxes: A, B, and C. I really appreciated that because the next day I received the first two boxes from FedEx, and the third box arrived the following day. Assembly was super easy—I put everything together in 20 minutes or less. I used my own ratchet wrench with a T25 Torx bit instead of the tool that was included because it made tightening the screws much easier, faster, and required less effort. I highly recommend investing in a ratchet wrench and a T25 bit for this project. One tip: don't install or worry about the black U-shaped metal pieces until the very end. They are used to connect the modular sections together. This isn't fully explained in the instructions included with the first boxes, but it is explained in Box C. Finally, there are small round plastic washers included with the hardware. These go between the furniture and the legs when you screw the legs on. This isn't explained in the instructions either, but that's the only purpose I could determine for them. Also, there is a video on Amazon that appears to have been made by a buyer showing the sofa assembled. I would disregard that video because it doesn't represent the product well. The sofa looks exactly like the manufacturer's pictures. I absolutely love this sofa. The storage compartments could be a little taller to provide more storage space, but that's a very minor issue. This couch has become an incredible addition to our living room! First off, it was very easy to put together. 8 bolts in each base and that’s it! Everything else just sits together, but still feels very stable. Comfort level is off the charts. The bases support you very well, and the cushions are extremely comfortable even before they completely fluff out. And don’t even get me started on the storage! There is sooooo much storage space included! I was a little uneasy when I saw that there weren’t many reviews, but very happy with this purchase. I believe my family and I will be enjoying this couch for many years to come! ... show more

Update after 5 months of Dailey use: Chiropractor appointment has been scheduled. Unfortunately this couch is now for sale in hopes I can get at least some of my money back toward a new one. The seller did reach out and offered options to resolve the issue but they didn’t help. Delivery was fast and all boxes came the same day. It honestly took me more time to unpack the pieces than it did to put together. It is very sturdy, the storage is as expected, the fabric is soft, pet fur friendly, and the color is exactly as shown. The reason for three stars though is it’s uncomfortable to sit on. There is no support for lower back, even when sitting all the way back in the seat. Unfortunately it cannot be returned so I’m stuck with a great looking and useful couch that is physically painful to use as a couch. ... show more

i do reccomend this couch. only thing that stopped from being 5 out of 5 is the craftsmanship/quality needing slight upgrade During assembly, you have to twist on the feet on each module. There is the black felt under sheet stapled to the edge all around, like normal. When you twist the feet on, be careful. these upholtry staples get twisted off half way and stick out, these are sharp and hard to see. my toddler was next to me playing with the cushion almost grabbing the edge of module where staple was, I grabbed it and it tore my skin back and leaked blood, 4x worse than just a poke. I would have hated this couch if my toddler was the one who touched the corner while I was twisting on the feet. still makes me mad thinking about it til this day. its all the module corners that have staples where you lock the feet so be careful. im a roofer and do electrical work, I dont give out warnings easily. the price for these couches is a great deal. they are very similar to the photos. they are short, I believe only 33-36inches tall with the feet on, but it is listed in description accurately. I ordered 4 modules with 2 ottomans, 2 packages came first and next day the 3rd package. everything fit in there somehow! the cushions are thick and dont give in, they should last a while without making molds of your butt lol. not as soft and comfy as I thought they would be but over all I enjoy the new couch. versatility. moving in a few months and im happy that the couch system can be adjusted to fit the next living room. it will be easy to un assemble, making moving the couch easy. the fabric is similar to microfiber feel but more silkish. happy I went with this product, just becareful with the feet ok. ... show more
