Like many of the previous reviews I was very excited to purchase this couch. I am not sure if the seller is paying for reviews but my experience has been the opposite of what every one else has said. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. The couch got delivered on 12/26. On 1/9 we already have issues. The couch is not against a wall and is just in the middle of the living room. Shortly after the couch got assembled we noticed three of the back rests are already failing and loose. I contacted the seller that I am concerned over the safety and that the back rests are broken and they pretty much tell me that if I do not have the original boxes that they will not do anything for me in terms of a return because it affects their resale value. It is crazy to me that they would even bring up reselling a broken couch. **update the seller has now offered a partial refund for the broken seats ... show more

As you can see my dogs approve! This was easy to assemble and arrived quickly. It’s sturdy and holds up amazing to my dogs nails. I only have 1 complaint and that is I wish there was more depth to the seats. I am small and not tall but the seats are not deep enough for me to sit comfortably. The ottoman helps make up for this but only on the seats the ottoman sits in front of. ... show more

The modular design is nice as it can be reconfigured easily. The backs are short so the pillows hang over the top by 8 inches or so. The backs should be as tall as the pillows. If the back is not against a wall they get loose start to lay back and all become uneven. There is no support for the back other than two loose fitting pins and two bolts all at the bottom. This couch is amazing for the price and I was surprised at the quality. Love the storage and ability to change the setup. If a section gets damaged, you can purchase additional pieces and change it out. Don’t hesitate to purchase this.
