First off have to say they have great customer service, they respond and fix problems fast! 1st I only received 1 box and my order was saying it was delivered, was a little scared it was misplaced or something so contacted them and got a response within 3hrs reassure me that my packages were still coming they sent me a copy of the invoice and tracking number for each box which Amazon doesn’t (amazon just give you one number for the order) so if you order don’t fret is gonna come in two or three different orders,. 2nd problem 2 of the pillows that make up the back didn’t inflate fully,contacted them again and got a response within 2-3hrs they couldn’t send me replacements. BUT they did give me a partial refund so not too upset about it I just brought some cheap filling from Walmart and fixed them. Over all I love the look and feel of the sofa, only thing that they should remedy is that all the other pillows have Velcro to hold them in place besides the back pillows and so you have to keep fixing them, but it only takes a few seconds of your time so not that big of a deal. ... show more

5 boxes came. The cushions were all vacuum sealed. The cushions never poofed up. It was a pain putting the back part on. The holes weren't lining up This is low to the ground. Very hard to sit on. This would be perfect for little people. Don't waste your money.

This couch is exactly what I wanted, but, it is not soft or comfortable I like the length and I like the fact that I can sit on this couch with my feet flat on the floor at 5 foot one that doesn’t happen very often. Seller sent me the wrong color hassocks but but quickly responded with a replacement of the right color. . They also let me keep the wrong color hassocks so I have extra seating. For it being an impulsive buy because we needed a couch, it is very comfortable to lounge on and take short naps on! It’s not the softest or most structurally sound couch, but it definitely gets the job done. Oh and the storage is a decent plus! Great couch for the price we paid!

As someone who moves apartments frequently, this is the most practical furniture purchase I've ever made. Moving my old, huge sofa was a nightmare, but this modular one comes apart and fits through narrow hallways and doors easily. My new apartment has a different layout, and I just spent ten minutes reconfiguring the L-shape into two separate loveseats. It's so cool!
