The media could not be loaded. I am highly impressed with the quality of this couch! It’s daunting to make such a big purchase like this without actually seeing and sitting on it. I based my decision mainly off reviews. I bought the 7 seater sofa with one ottoman. It arrived in 5 boxes and came in separate deliveries, all of them on time. This is a third party seller and they were very good to send me all the tracking numbers because Amazon isn’t able to show tracking for all the different deliveries. The couch came packaged well with all the parts and instructions. Very nice condition, no smell. Easy to assemble BUT IT DOES NOT come with the connectors to attach each section together. You’ll need to buy a universal set separately. This is a very nice “sitting couch”. I would describe it as “medium firm”. It is not one of those cushy cloud couches you sink into. Although it’s firm, it is extremely comfortable and has wonderful support. Some of the cushions came vacuum sealed and fluffed up to full size after a few hours. Cushions are nice and thick, no issues with them flattening out or losing shape after sitting. Legs are plastic but good quality. Three good sized throw pillows were included. Fabric is very soft yet durable. This couch looks very expensive, elegant and I am thoroughly pleased with the purchase!! Highly recommend! ... show more

I was very nervous ordering a couch without sitting on it. This shipped quickly and we assembled pretty easily. The fabric feels nice. I would recommend measuring and taping the floor to make sure it will fit the space. I also used the try in your room feature and it was accurate. You will need to purchase the clamps separately and assemble those to the couch in order to keep it together. This couch is not "fluffy", but it seems to be holding its shape well. I ordered the Beige-chenille 7-seat cloud couch. As soon as we started to unbox it, I noticed had a very pink undertone. I thought, let’s get it assembled and just see how it looks in the space and that maybe it will somehow work. I really wanted to love the couch, but it is pink and I can’t unsee it. It making my whole space glow pink. Imagine expecting beige, as it advertised and shown in image, and getting pink. I’m so sad. The company is making it extremely difficult to return; it is not seeming like a return or exchange is a possibility. I will likely have to post this on marketplace and take a loss because there is absolutely no way I can work with a pink couch. I am so disappointed and will not be ordering furniture online again. Shame on this company for not being transparent about the color and not returning the item. Also, the back is extremely low and will be weird unless it’s against a wall. My photos are dark, sorry! FABULOUS sectional couch! Don’t hesitate to purchase. I am very pleased! It even arrived two days earlier than expected and expertly packed. The 5 boxes are 50-70lbs each so if you need to go upstairs just unpack the pieces to lighten the load. Communication with the company came almost immediately upon ordering with the delivery details and instructions. If you have wood or solid floors the pieces will slide. Probably not an issue on carpet. I simply purchased on Amazon -DEEPDREAM Sectional Couch Connectors Metal Couch Clips Sofa Connector Interlocking Furniture Connector with Screws. I attached two metal clips on each side that needed to be held together 2 inches below the top of the base. Now the couch doesn’t come apart on slippery floors. ... show more
