This couch is fantastic! I was considering a few couches for a few months, but this one ultimately won me over after reading reviews and comparing measurements and prices. It’s the perfect replica of a cloud couch. It’s incredibly comfortable! I assembled this couch myself in about two hours. It was extremely easy to put together, though it was time-consuming. I’m sure it would be quicker with help, but I was impatient and wanted it done. There was a small stain on the back of the couch, but I was able to remove it with stain remover. After a few weeks of use I can say if you’re looking for something comfortable and affordable buy this! It’s very sturdy and larger than I thought it would be (I did measure) My couch came in three boxes that DID arrive on different days. Assembly was easy and didnt take more than an hour or two. The covers are removable and washable. I haven’t had any problems except for it being a little low to the ground and the ottomans do tend to slide when you’re laying down. I would definitely recommend putting this on a rug or carpet. Otherwise the naps on this couch have been great. ... show more

Sorry about the crusty video I’m comfy! Lol absolutely love the couch!! It’s exactly what i was looking for! It’s bigger than i thought it would be ngl 😭 i love that though! 1st thing - ALL of the couch is damn there washable except the very base. Everything else unzips and can be washed! Which was expexy important for me. 2. Thick! It’s definite thick and it feels firm enough - you will not sink into the couch when you sit! 3. Very sturdy! Lemme start with saying - every single box came with more instructions and screws and stuff so i have hella extra screws but that means that if you lose any! You’ll have extra pieces to compensate for it. 4. Assembly was easy!!! I would’ve been able to do it myself (my mom ended up helping me - which was nice - took us about an hour bc she moves too slow lolol) 5. Creamy color like i wanted! It’s not white it’s definitely creamy beige it’s light enough for me it’s gorgeous 6. Delivery - IT CAME EARLY!!!! Omg i was so excited. 3 boxes total - first 2 arrived then last box came the very next day! Quick delivery shipped fast! Lovely lovely and the seller reached out as soon as i placed order :’) 7. No places for storage - that wasn’t my focus or concern though just wanted to add that in there! Lastly: I’ve officially had the couch up for 2 days now! I’m in love. All these blankets are on it bc i haven’t gotten the fabric protector yet - and I’m letting my dogs vibe with me - so keeping it cute !! But i am in love with the couch! This couch is great for people who want something nice for a small space. It took me 3 hours to assemble. Directions were very easy to understand. All parts did not show up on same day so initially I was able to do the 3 seater assemble then finish on the following day when the 4th seat arrived. Feels DURABLE, Comfy, and VERY nice sized. Admittedly, I was worried when I ordered this couch. Mostly because I had never ordered something like this online before, and you take quite a risk ordering this sort of thing online, because you don't get to sit on it in a showroom somewhere and really determine ahead of purchase that it is a product you really think you will be happy with. But overall, I'm very happy with it so far. This product came in two separate boxes (I only bought the two piece loveseat) on two separate days. Though I only got the loveseat technically, it really is long enough that I can lay down on it comfortably, making it more of a slightly smaller couch, really. It's the perfect size for where I wanted to put it, and the appearance and the feel of the couch get five stars! I only have one issue with the design/manufacture. Once I started putting it together (which was nowhere near as difficult as I thought it would be, based on other reviews), I realized that the Velcro strips on the back panels of the couch line up with the Velcro strips on the backs of the back seat cushions in such a way that the cushions have to stand straight up, which admittedly does look a little odd. In other words, the cushions can't really lay or lean back at all or the Velcro strips don't line up. It's probably not a real problem, and I could just function without them being Velcroed to the back of the couch without issue. But, I would've thought they would have lined up better, personally. If I could suggest a fix to the manufacturer, I would suggest just sewing on a wider strip of the softer portion of the Velcro to the back of the cushions instead (not the rougher piece that's on the back panel), perhaps double the width of the current strip. That would allow the purchaser/user a little bit of leeway in how they want their cushions attached, sitting higher and more upright, or sitting a little lower and more "relaxed/natural". It's not enough of an issue that I would reduce a star or anything though, and otherwise, the couch seems of good quality and comfort. Also, when I was putting it together, I had noticed that half of the legs had a felt pad on the bottom of the feet, and half didn't. After I contacted the seller and sent them a photo of what I was talking about, they had new adhesive felt pads sent to me quickly (which I received within just a couple of days). So, I have to commend the seller on their responsiveness and willingness to rectify the problem quickly and satisfactorily. Again, not an issue worthy of reducing a star or anything, especially with how easy it was to have corrected. So overall, I'm very happy with this couch and would highly recommend it to anyone. ... show more

Easy to assemble even though some of the steps were missing. I understand how some people are messing up the back assembly as there is no diagram or instructions for that part. Also I feel the legs could be a bit taller at least 6inches. But overall the sofa is great, the material is nice and sitting on it is awesome. Its definitely more Ivory in color and not beige, white or cream so make sure you understand what your buying before complaining. We have the U shape. I gave 3 stars due to the instructions and also the description Beige White is not a color. Its definitely Ivory. The hint of yellow is very distinctive. The company should send me an ottoman due to mental anguish of having to redecorate to match colors because this chair is not Beige. Please fix the description for the color. ... show more
