This cloud couch is everything I wanted it to be. It was easy to put together. My fiancée and I had it together a little over an hour but that was an us problem and triple checking instructions which were very well written. The pictures were super helpful as well. Everything you need is in the boxes. Next, let me explain that this isn’t my first time buying couches online. The last couch I had, was low to the ground, too firm of seats and the back cushions were a joke. The height of the back cushions and the seat depth was embarrassing. It costed me $300 less than this couch but this couch blew me away. I cannot express how wonderful it has been to me and my fiancée. The ottomans turned this into chaise like seating and I have been sleeping good. It’s sometimes hard to get through a movie because I will fall asleep. I appreciate the craftsmanship and sturdiness of this couch. When sitting on it, you do not feel the hardware. Just straight comfort and softness. If you are looking for a firm couch, this isn’t for you. It is very soft and plush. The seats are so wide and deep so I promise you will be comfortable. The back cushions are high too. I’m 5’9 and I can sit back comfortably. Now with all the good there are some bad. But the bad can be fixed for your comfort and how you want even though for the price, the couch is good as is honestly. So the back cushions are not secured on anything so they will slip around a bit. Not a big issue for me. The legs are only 3inches so it will be super low to the ground. If you are tall like myself, I would invest in 4-6inch legs and problem solved! Lastly, if you have wood flooring or any flooring where furniture can easily move; the legs will slide around on the floor. I purchased rubber pads to keep the couch sturdy and it has been perfect. Other than that, this couch is perfect for the price! You cannot beat it. I would like to show love to the seller as their customer service is top tier and amazing. I had an issue and they were on it and solved it quickly with urgency. Very nice and understanding. This couch is wonderful and will accommodate anyone. All I can say is good luck trying to stay awake while watching tv on this thing. ... show more

Love the color - purchased the black and, to my surprise, it’s more of a black/silver gray making it a perfect match for my living room decor! I read reviews about some difficulties is assembling but my husband was an able to assemble without difficulty pretty fast. The oversized chair comfortably seats 2 people which I love! The two seater L shaped sofa is larger than expected but okay with me and can seat more than 3 people! The sofa/oversized chair is standard height and you can remove the feet to sit flush to the floor if so desired. The cushions are firm for a few weeks but eventually they start to soften and conform for your comfort. This was definitely quality for the money spent! Comes with 2 throw pillows for the sofa and one for the chair. The fabric is soft and easy to clean. The fabric does draw lint but that’s nothing a small lint brush won’t fix! Happy with the purchase and the price! The ottoman came with the sofa to make it L-shaped but can be moved anywhere you want to use it or not! ... show more

I've had this couch for about 6 months now. For me, this is more of a 3 star couch but I think it deserves 4 based on price and because my issue with it is pretty specific to me. The couch looks great (I got it in yellow), the fabric is indeed durable (I dropped an open green highlighter in between the cushions while grading papers and was able to get it all out), and most find it really comfortable short term. My problem is what happens with long term use. The back and arms are low compared to the seat level, and the metal frame of the back is at a slight angle and has only very thin padding (although there are couch cushions). Also the seat cushions have springs, not just foam, I have some ongoing neck and back issues which soon made it very uncomfortable for me to be on the couch for long periods of time unless I was lying down. I only bought it as a temporary solution while I picked the "right" couch for my apartment and all things considered it is a great couch for the money. It's just not the right couch for me. ... show more

My dog has already claimed his spot lol. Color and fabric is just as advertised. Very easy to put together, only uses two kinds of screws and some washers and wing nuts. Cushions are a little more firm than I was expecting but other reviews say it soften up over time. Others say they were able to unzip and stuff pillows with whatever they wanted. Couch is exactly 120” long and from back to front of cushion it is 33”. From back to front of ottoman it is 55” ... show more

I purchased this sofa, when I was putting it together I noticed that one of the parts was built incorrectly with a piece of wood covering the area where the back of the sofa goes making impossible for me to put the back rest on it. I took 2 pictures one of what it was supposed to look like and one of the area that was done wrong. The seller contacted me about it and told me to fix it myself. If I had the tools, time and wanted to built furniture myself I wouldn’t have purchased this. My advice don’t waste your money. I only asked that they replace the actual piece that was done wrong not the entire thing. Do they really expect me to fix it myself?? Now if I want to use it I have to hire someone to come fix it spending more money on it. ... show more
