This cloud couch is everything I wanted it to be. It was easy to put together. My fiancée and I had it together a little over an hour but that was an us problem and triple checking instructions which were very well written. The pictures were super helpful as well. Everything you need is in the boxes. Next, let me explain that this isn’t my first time buying couches online. The last couch I had, was low to the ground, too firm of seats and the back cushions were a joke. The height of the back cushions and the seat depth was embarrassing. It costed me $300 less than this couch but this couch blew me away. I cannot express how wonderful it has been to me and my fiancée. The ottomans turned this into chaise like seating and I have been sleeping good. It’s sometimes hard to get through a movie because I will fall asleep. I appreciate the craftsmanship and sturdiness of this couch. When sitting on it, you do not feel the hardware. Just straight comfort and softness. If you are looking for a firm couch, this isn’t for you. It is very soft and plush. The seats are so wide and deep so I promise you will be comfortable. The back cushions are high too. I’m 5’9 and I can sit back comfortably. Now with all the good there are some bad. But the bad can be fixed for your comfort and how you want even though for the price, the couch is good as is honestly. So the back cushions are not secured on anything so they will slip around a bit. Not a big issue for me. The legs are only 3inches so it will be super low to the ground. If you are tall like myself, I would invest in 4-6inch legs and problem solved! Lastly, if you have wood flooring or any flooring where furniture can easily move; the legs will slide around on the floor. I purchased rubber pads to keep the couch sturdy and it has been perfect. Other than that, this couch is perfect for the price! You cannot beat it. I would like to show love to the seller as their customer service is top tier and amazing. I had an issue and they were on it and solved it quickly with urgency. Very nice and understanding. This couch is wonderful and will accommodate anyone. All I can say is good luck trying to stay awake while watching tv on this thing. ... show more

Buy it . Please not that if you order the L shape or the U shape, your order is going to come in multiple shipments, you have to message the seller and they will give you the second tracking number because Amazon does not provide it. For the people that fear that the couch may be low, the legs are very low, but the cushions are thick and make up for it . It’s a very easy build and most of the instructions are repetitive , 75 % of the packaging is pillows and cushions. It’s very soft and comfy , color is teaaaa. If you were unsure like me and waited a year to buy this couch , do it . ... show more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This review is after roughly 2 weeks of using this product. As the 4 stars indicate, I would highly recommend this couch. The cushion and sheer size is MASSIVE and really comfortable. You will have a hard time not falling asleep on this, or wanting to leave it. It can also comfortably have 2 people laying side by side unless you are a wider bodied person. It is also a REALLY great couch for sex. Like, 10/10 on that end. You got space for options and versatility cause this couch is so wide. The couch is also REALLY long. Me and my girlfriend (5'9/5'6) can basically lay full flat and just cross legs at around the knee. Now why it's 4 stars vs 5: The instructions are not the clearest in the world. That may be a me thing, but it arrived with 3 NEAR identical instruction books that were a bit of a mess to look at. The 3rd book was also slightly different which was frustrating. These are for the different models and configs of the couch, but it's a confusing jumble visually and somethimes things are not clear. There was at least an hour spent undoing something because the instructions did not indicate things like direction or orientation. Second, the back support can leave you wanting. Once you manage to figure out the orientation you have essentially 2 modes of back support: Non-existent (more of the low back Asian styled look) and Existent, but kind of wobbly. The backing is honestly the only part that feels "cheap" on the whole thing. Third: You WILL need more pillows. The backrest pillows and small pillows they give you just don't do it for support by any stretch of the imagination. Also, due to the sheer size of the couch it will just look barren as is. Again though, I love this couch. I'd more than likely buy it again. The sheer comfort overcomes a lot. Also, if you got pets get the grey. We got a dog and cat and you cant see their fur on it that easy. ... show more

I do have to say I agree with the other reviewers that this couch is slightly too low and I will be purchasing taller legs. I do have to say that they are really comfortable and my boyfriend didn’t seem to have too much trouble to put it together. However, the number one thing that sets this sofa far apart from anything else, is amazing customer service. With us ordering the sectional sofa with the ottoman and the chair what got sent confused us and Amazon only gave us the tracking info for the first of 2 shipments (some came UPS and the other FedEx). We originally thought we were missing items and had weird duplicates. Upon reaching out to Amazon later that night I had a response from the customer service team who informed me of the other shipment how everything was shipped and in the end I should have everything perfectly. And of course they were correct and not only was everything taken care of quickly but the customer service team is so friendly. 10/10 recommend this company and if they offer other goods will definitely be looking at those to purchase if needed. ... show more
