Okay I moved to a new state and needed a couch. Who knew couches were so expensiveee???? This couch was a great price to begin with. Once I placed the order, I received a message that they will be shipped in 3 boxes and won’t deliver till 12/19 through FedEx. I initially was going to add a professional to assemble but at the last minute I removed that. The couch ended up dating and delivered in two days!! Which was honestly great. They delivered it to my side door. Now I questioned How I will bring them up to the 2nd floor alone lol. I rolled each box up the stairs and though it was a little difficult, I was able to do it by myself. I unboxed each box then read instructions and saw they wanted me to assemble by the box lol which was already too late but because I received everything and it was labeled it was not an issue. Made a few mistakes but caught it in time before getting to far. It took me approx 2 HRS to assemble by myself. Overall very easy, just dealing with Allen keys are always annoying but possible. 10/10. The couch is super supper soft. People complained about the color but I love it. No one wants a all white couch. The cream color is better. Really soft really comfortable. No missing pieces no damaged pieces. Had some left over equipment, basically extra legs for the couch and screws but used everything else. Feels a little bouncy, not firm at all. Very soft to the touch. A lot of space to sit, as someone who is 5’6, the leg space is perfect. Doesn’t feel cheap or low quality at all. Moves very easy on wood floors and I added some padding to the bottom to avoid damaging my floors but can be moved very easily. I took photos of each step because other reviews didn’t show that so hopefully this helps anyone who’s considering. Thank you!!! ... show more

Just what I expected and more! I'm 68 and I put this together myself 👍🏻✂️🦋. Everything lined up.It took me an hour because I took my time and walked away a couple of times. This was the easiest thing I ever put together. This purchase couldn't be more perfect. The gorgeous blue it's just exceptional, and it's so comfortable and cushy. I was a little nervous buying a couch I couldn't see/test in person. I did a lot of research and decided to take the plunge on this one and I have to say I am VERY satisfied! This couch is fantastic for the price. It's actually very easy to put together and also light enough to move around easily. The fabric seems like good quality and won't wear out too quickly, it's soft material. I also like that it's washable. For comfort, usually the higher price you pay the more comfortable it is, but for this price range the comfort level is really good! I like that there's support (unlike the pure boneless couches) but soft enough to sink into a little. I wanted a couch that I could lay on, and this does the job. I got the 2 seater with the ottoman, but it can very comfortably fit 3 and fits great in my smaller layout. Also, shipping process was great. It came in 2 boxes and arrived days before it was anticipated to so I got it very quickly. For pet parents, my cat wouldn't sit on our old couch at all, she hated it. Ever since I built this couch she hasn't left. Furry paw seal of approval! Overall, very happy I took the chance and recommend this! ... show more

This couch is an incredible deal for the price! It’s extremely sturdy and comfortable. I love the versatility of it. As you can see in my photos I initially had it with the ottomans on each side but moved to have it as one long chaise just for the flow of my apartment. I love how easy they can be adjusted. I find this couch very comfortable but will say it is on the firmer side. That is something I prefer though, so if you’re looking for something very soft this is not it. One thing I especially love is the armrests have a nice curve/pillow to it so they’re really comfortable. The color is a *tad* brighter than I expected but it’s still beautifully rich. Can’t wait to style around it, it’s such a centerpiece. Also will note, it shipped faster than expected which was great! The 3 boxes are very heavy (about 70lbs each) so I got a little help. ... show more

After comparing several modular sofas—including the Annabeii and a few other brands—I decided on the 86" modular sofa with ottoman in black, and I'm so glad I did. I chose this sofa because of its size, seat depth, and black fabric. The dark color is a huge advantage in a home with dogs and children, and the deeper seat is especially comfortable for taller people. I'm tall and can sit or lounge comfortably without feeling cramped. Before purchasing, I read some reviews saying the back cushions weren't supportive enough or that the sofa lacked padding. That hasn't been my experience at all. While the back cushions are a little slimmer than some traditional sofas, they're still comfortable and provide plenty of support. Overall, I think the cushioning strikes a nice balance between supportive and cozy. My entire family—including our pets—loves this sofa. It's become everyone's favorite place to relax (and nap!). Is this a sofa that's going to last 15 years? Probably not. But if you're looking for a stylish, comfortable, well-priced sofa that should provide several years of everyday use, I think it's an excellent value. I already had a leather sofa in my living room and wanted something that complemented it without overwhelming the space. This sofa fits perfectly and makes the room feel complete. Everyone who sees it is surprised when I tell them it came from Amazon—they assume it's from a much more expensive furniture store. The fabric looks exactly as pictured. I've already had a small spill, and it wiped up easily with a damp cloth. It also does a great job hiding pet hair, even with my black dogs. Cleaning is simple with either a vacuum or a damp cloth. It comes with two small accent pillows, and I'll probably add a couple more just for decoration. A few quick observations: Size/Fit: Perfect for my medium-sized living room. Comfort: Medium firmness with comfortable support throughout. Seat Depth: Excellent, especially for taller adults. Padding: Plenty of cushioning. The back is slightly slimmer than some sofas but still very comfortable. Cleaning: Easy to vacuum or wipe clean. Pet Friendly: The black fabric hides pet hair surprisingly well. Appearance: It honestly looks even better in person than it does in the online photos. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this purchase and would absolutely recommend it. Overall I’d give this couch about a 3–3.5 out of 5. It looks much better than it feels. The color is beautiful, the size is great, shipping was fast, and assembly was easy. However, comfort is the most important factor for me when buying a couch, and this is where it falls short. The seat cushions are fine and I’d describe them as medium firm, but the back cushions are underfilled, sit very upright, and leave noticeable gaps between them. They also attach with Velcro, which is convenient, but the Velcro is positioned fairly low on the back of the couch. Because of this, the pillows tend to tilt downward instead of naturally leaning back with your body like most couch cushions. To make them more comfortable, I found myself having to detach the Velcro, which defeats the purpose in my opinion. The couch itself is very long, and two people can easily stretch out across it. My family of five can all sit on it comfortably from a space standpoint. Unfortunately, comfort is a different story. Even with the ottoman, I don’t find it particularly comfortable for movie nights or long periods of lounging. Without the ottoman, I think most people who enjoy curling up on the couch would find it too shallow. It’s more of a couch you sit on while chatting with guests than a couch you sink into with the family for a movie marathon. For reference, I’d choose my old stained, worn out couch over this one purely based on comfort. Coming from a very deep, soft couch, this one was a bit of a shock. If you’re buying primarily for appearance, this couch looks great and is a good value for the price. If comfort is your top priority, I’d keep shopping or increase your budget. I did extensive research on affordable couches, took me forever to make a decision and finally decided on this one, assembling took one hour and did it by myself, it’s very comfortable and looks absolutely great for the price I am very impressed. All covers are removable and washable, my only small critique would be the back cushions, they are on the the thin side, and the feet of the couch are made of plastic (seems strong but we’ll see). Cushions are very comfortable after only few hours I’m sure they’ll get even better after 24hr. Overall you can’t beat that for the price. ... show more

as previous reviewers have mentioned, the order did not come all at one time. We ordered a two seater as well. The two units came in 5 boxes a day apart. (one box on a tuesday and 4 boxes on wednesday) Each box was labled A/B/C which was explained on the assembly instruction sheet. The directions were pretty straight forward if more picture oriented than words. They do clearly state that it is recommended to wait for all the boxes to arrive before attempting assembly., wise, but frustrating for those of us who are not the most patient. Every piece is clearly labeled and while allen wrenches are included i used my husbands power driver to make sure the bolts were tight enuf. Quality seems nice. Its not Thomasville or Broyhill but it is sturdy and did not feel cheap or flimsy either during assembly or after. We have two children and a 175lb Newfoundland dog. I feel confident this set will get a work out and feel equally confident that it can hold up to our everyday lives. The cushions expanded quite quickly once opened and within an hour there were no packing wrinkles to be seen or deformities. I am over the moon with the color and fabric quality. To be honest I am not sure how I will keep the dog hair at a minimum, but after she climbed up and laid on it for about 30 min there were no signs of her having been there. (Newfoundlands are notorious shedders) I feel this was an excellent choice given our budget and needs. Money well spent. I must also add that after assembling a 3 seat sofa, a 2 seat loveseat and 2 ottomans, as well as moving the old furniture out, I was knackered, took a quick nap on one as it seemed quite well expanded.
