Bought this couch for my apartment and had it for a month. It came within a week of ordering so that was a great sign! And let me tell you - has it exceeded my expectations and was well worth the money. It’s sturdy but SO COMFY. It was quite heavy but it expanded literally within less than 24hrs so it’s easy to assemble if you’re single and don’t got a guy to help yah (haha). Safe to say my dog and I have abandoned my bed at this point and turned the couch into a bed so it’s quite functional and again so comfy. The color is a nice neutral beige and aesthetically pleasing overall. Really grateful for this cozy sectional especially for the winter!

Initially received 2boxes instead of 3 boxes, so I contacted the seller and they responded within 24hours. They told me my 3rd box was in another delivery truck and they've requested it be delivered to me ASAP. It got to me the next day. So far I love my couch, its comfortable, it looks really modern and classy, easy to install, all you need to do is take it off the box. Its easy to move around to the position you want. The media could not be loaded. Love this couch! Super soft and comfortable my friends and family have all given me amazing feedback on it. The quality is definitely a 10/10! Just a heads up it comes in separate boxes and may arrive at different times. At first, I panicked when only one part showed up (and the tracking even said “delivered”), but the seller was super responsive. They got back to me in less than 24 hours, reassured me that all pieces had been shipped, and even provided the missing tracking info. The middle section did take a bit longer to fully take shape compared to the other sides, so I reached out again and once more, the seller replied within 24 hours, offering to replace it at no cost! In the end, it just needed a little extra time, and now it looks perfect. Overall, I’m so happy with this purchase. Can’t wait for cozy movie nights on it! If you’re thinking of styling it with a rug, mine is paired with a 9x12 rug and fits beautifully.

Extremely Disappointed I am extremely unsatisfied with this couch and the overall experience with this company. The couch arrived damaged and ripped, and it was significantly smaller in person than what was advertised. When I reached out for a return, the company refused to accept it unless I could put it back into the original box — which is absolutely impossible once the couch has fully expanded. The product quality is poor, the listing is misleading, and the customer service is unhelpful. Do NOT buy from this company. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.
