NGL I had serious doubts. I wanted something comfy for my room that I could curl up on and read, so I ended up with this one corner piece. Pros: Assembly was easy - could've handled it alone but with help it just took a few minutes. Excellent size- I'm 5'4 and can curl up on it easily. Extremely comfortable - the seat cushion actually had springs in it and I feel like that makes it feel better than solid foam. Cons: Fabric is soft and not itchy but feels a bit cheap, like it might get too warm. Easily solved with a blanket draped over it. A blanket over it also solves the problem of accidentally hitting the Velcro holding the cushions on. The feet are hard plastic. I don't think they'll break or anything (they're low profile) and it seemed like it would be easy to swap with wood. Design isn't solid obviously so the backs slide in with metal brackets. I'm putting it in a corner so it'll have support on both sides but I'm not confident it could take a heavy impact. It's great if you want something large and cozy with some structure to it. For the price I think it's a really good option. It can also become cozier with a cotton coverlet tossed over it. ... show more

I was super nervous to buy a couch online. But im so happy I did. Its very sturdy, well made, easy to put together and so dang some and comfortable! I did purchase a extra ottoman as well. My only complaint would be that the couch clips dont hold the peices together as tight as I would like. I bought better couch clips to reinforce it so there's no breaks. Easy fix tho! I did end up removing one of the armless chairs because it was a tad too large for my livingroom, which is fine. Now I have a cute chair in my bedroom too. For the price, it is a great sectional. Comfortable, easy to clean, and was easy to assemble. Value for money is great. Many of the stores we visited cost 3x as much. 3 months in and the foam has held up to 2 150 lb dogs, 3 cats, and my wife who sleeps on it all the time.

This product is absolutely poorly made. I have tried reaching out to the company with no response. It will not stay together as it is supposed to in the frame itself is weak for what I paid for this and I can’t get a response back to solve this issue, I absolutely would not buy this product.

I am very happy with this ottoman. I was slightly nervous as to what it would look like and how the quality would be since there weren’t any customer photos, but I’m very glad I got this! It’s the perfect size, goes very well with my two seater couch, is extremely comfortable, and I love the overall look. It’s so soft and has made lounging so much more enjoyable. You do have to put the legs on and that part is slightly difficult because you have to line the screws up perfectly, but it’s well worth it. ... show more
