The media could not be loaded. Not only is this couch amazing but the VANOMi’s customer support team was even better. Shipping was a breeze packages do arrive separately and I was “missing” one contacted support and they sent me all of the tracking information of the last package very promptly! Unfortunately one of the pieces sent was for the wrong side so I reached out again they automatically replied stated that they apologized for the inconvenience and delay since my couch was not fully complete and compensated me by sending me a free ottoman to help with the inconvenience. The company is super professional, prompt in replies, understanding, and kind. Overall an amazing experience and the couch is just like it’s pictured it’s super comfy the seat cushions are huge and fluffy and the backs give full back support. Ik the pictures make the couch look low to the ground but that it’s not at all the case it sits perfectly, easy to clean as you can see I have 2 dogs who shed horrifically and even though they’re not allowed on the couch the hair gets everywhere as it floats around but super pet friendly material. I would definitely buy again and highly recommend great value, easy to assemble, and makes your home feel more cozy. Will forever be a customer of VANOMi! ... show more

This couch is great for people who have small spaces like a condo or apartment. It’s also a plus that you can move the seats around and change the set up. The main downside is that you can definitely feel the hard base underneath. I’ve sat numerous times where I feel the hard wood and it’s actually painful. My guests have also made that comment. I recommend buying a couch at a furniture store instead and saving your money. The couch looks nice but super uncomfortable and i wish i could return it or get High density inserts to help the comfort. ... show more

I was looking for a comfortable sleeper sofa set for my kids at their toy room. Affordable but not cheap one. It was very easy to set up and look pretty as it is shown on their product pages. Fabric and frame is sturdy enough for kids. As you can see the measurements, this couch could be good for small apartment and 2nd living room space and for college student and young adults. I havent had it for a full year and the seat pillows are flat already! Very disappointed and wish I would’ve went to a furniture store. I love the color and it was hard to find in a regular store.

I was a little nervous buying this couch at first but i am so happy i did. I have two dogs and i have now had this couch for 6+ months. Any stains wash out so easily, still looks brand new. Super durable and honestly very comfortable. I love the ease of being able to configure it in different ways for movie nights, guests, etc. the fabric is very high quality and deters pet hair, dust and crumbs.
