This is perfect for my apartment. I live on the 3rd floor and brought the boxes up to my apartment using an elevator. I needed to use a cart. It came in 4 boxes which was easy for me to handle. It was fun opening because its true what they say...its pops open and suddenly you have a piece of furniture! It looks great. Its comfortable but yet firm and supports my body weight. I chose the cream color . I already spilled coffee on it and it cleaned up nicely with just water. I absolutely love this boneless sofa !

Originally I was going to write a review because 1 piece didnt come. But then it did a half a week later. Anyway the fabric is very soft. The cushions are both soft but firm. The pillows are nice as well, but the main fault is see is the low backs. A good flatter pillow would have been perfect rather than the fluffy ones. Nice and comfortable so far. I would say the value I got it at is closer to its worth, but that now will be determined through longevity.

okay, let’s talk about it. I got this couch, it had no reviews or ratings so I kind of went out on a limb, but I’m so glad I did. it comes in one big box and a medium box, you literally just take it out of the plastic and put it where you want your couch. come back in like a day and a half and you have a couch. it’s memory foam, so it’s really comfortable and so easy to set up. the color is basically exactly like the picture, we got the grey one. the fabric is so soft, and it’s surprisingly easy to clean (use a damp-wet microfiber cloth). we got a coupon with it, and it actually made the deal so sweet. this couch is so worth it, and it came a week early. I am a 22yr old living on a budget and this couch has exceeded any and all expectations. it was sitting in my wishlist for so long and I’m actually mad I didn’t get it sooner. for a comfortable, BIG couch, this is definitely the way to go especially for the young-ins on their own for the first time and want visually appealing furniture that’s affordable. also did I mention there was literally no assembly … oh— when you take it out of the box, if it’s super cold out, I recommend putting the heat on because I’m so sure it helped it expand.

I can not brag enough about this ottoman. It's the perfect height and size for my oversized chair (that didn't come with one). It comes compressed in a single box ready for set up. Once you cut or in my case, tear open the plastic, it begins to recover its original shape. It takes mere minutes for it to become said ottoman. The instructions are clear and super easy to understand. It's comfy, solid, and soft to the touch. This ottoman can hold an adult's weight of 250 to 300 lbs (we tested it), but they must sit in the center. Children nor adults should sit on the edge or corners because it will not hold weight and get messed up. I use mine as a chaise lounge, and it's perfect for reading, relaxing, and cat naps. Absolutely love it, and I should have bought two. 😆 🤣

Let me start off by saying this loveseat with ottoman is the cutest! Love the fabric, the size is perfect and SO COMFORTABLE!! It came in 2 boxes...I moved and did everything on my own (I am a 48 yr old woman and I am 5'2). It was heavy but totally doable. The unwrapping is intense but so much fun! It took maybe thirty minutes at the most to completely fill out and it was ready to go! The smell isn't that great right away but I hardly noticed it unless I stuck my nose right on the sofa. It smells like memoryfoam and plastic but after a day or so the smell geting less noticeable. I got the stripped sofa, very soft and cozy feeling. It is very comfortable! My mom have 2 new knees and she is able to get up from my sofa without any help. I am already thinking about buying the bigger verson for my cabin. Very happy with my purchase!!

Couch smells like spray in foam wall insulation. I could smell it from 14 ft away. The smell got worse over time(7 days). I'm going to try and return the Item but if that is to much of a hassle I will have the bulky items trash crew pick it up.

Just bought an ottoman and unpacked it today. It says it may take 72 hours to fully expand, but it seems to be fully formed and there is no scent or smell, seems perfect.!
