Looooove the couch it’s cozy enough and big enough. The only down side I would say the assembly take a little while. However, they do offer a service for $100 assembly which I think would have been worth it. Other than that thought couch is super cozy for the price!

I love this couch. It's firm where you want and the pillows fluff really big when you beat them good. Pretty pet friendly. I took a star off because it takes a really long time to assemble each piece and I got the biggest couch.

Terrible !!! Way to expensive for the quality The seller refuse to do a refund of all my money , only offer the less of the half when the product was more than $1000 , I send the sofa back to the seller address and he still refuse to refund all my money . I feel scammed .

Assembly was fun for me, but I enjoy that kind of thing. Turned out to be a nice couch when fully assembled. There were 4 boxes total and they were delivered 3 at one time and then the last the next day. The only thing I would have changed is having brackets to attach all of the pieces be included, but I picked up a pack of them from Amazon and was able to get them firmly held together with clamps. ... show more

I want a refund so bad all the feet broke on the couch the cheap feathers poke me so I can’t sit on it it’s so hard I don’t have kids so that’s why I got a white couch I just wanted to treat myself to something nice because my kids are grown so if your reading this you have a lot of things to think of before buying.
