I love the look and the color of this couch. It’s soft and comfortable, and the size is perfect for my family room. I wish the Ottomans had storage but they’re a nice addition to the couch. Only giving four stars because the sections constantly separate from each other, which is really annoying. I ended up buying brackets so I could hook them together and keep the couch from moving apart, but still make it easy to adjust the configuration if needed. The back cushions are really thin, so I’m not sure how they’ll hold up long-term. I like the look of the pillow top cushions, but they tend to scoot around even though they’re connected, which is kind of annoying. I included photos of how it looks after sitting on it for a little while and took off the back cushion to show how the connected pillow top cushion moves around even though it’s connected. I also included a photo with the back cushion off, just showing how the pillow top looks when you push it back to where it’s supposed to be. Ultimately, It’s a great size couch for the cost, but it will be interesting to see how it holds up overtime. I’m mostly worried about the cushions not keeping their shape, but it’s so much cheaper than buying a couch this large at any furniture store so I can’t really complain. I was hesitant to buy a couch without seeing it in person, but I must say that this couch was an excellent purchase. It’s roomy, and so comfy and cozy. It’s great quality and was very easy to put together. I highly recommend if you’re looking for great quality at a great price!

It comes in huge boxes, the kids made a fort with them. The frame is metal, a first for us. The material is soft, the cushions are very soft. I enjoy a nap on our new couch. I absolutely love this couch. I was a little worried to purchase a couch that I had never seen in person before but I was definitely pleasantly surprised. I read several reviews saying that it sat very low. But I don’t find it to be too low at all. But even if I had thought it was too low, purchasing new legs to make it taller would be totally worth it. I love the color. The depth of the seats are so good. Quality is great. Overall, I'm very happy with this couch! It's extremely comfortable and was surprisingly easy to put together. The instructions were simple, and I assembled it completely by myself. The Coffee color is a little lighter than I expected, but I still really like it. The only thing I wish was different is that the back cushions were a little thicker. I saw another reviewer suggest adding king-size pillows behind them, and I may do that in the future. For now, it's perfectly comfortable. The wrinkles you see in my photo were taken within minutes of finishing assembly, so I'm expecting those to relax over time. My only real complaint is that the package was missing two screws and one butterfly nut, which meant an extra trip to Lowe's and about $10 out of pocket for replacement hardware. Despite that, I'm very satisfied with this purchase and would definitely recommend it! 😊 ... show more
