Ok so I do a lot of research and was a little hesitant prior to this purchase but am extremely happy I went with it. Its firm but comfty. If you're looking for a bouncy, cushy couch this is not it, but it definitely has some give. The way it expands is great and our family of 4 can fit very comfortably with extra room. I love the storage, definitely a plus. It was extremely easy to assemble and gives options of how its set up so it worked in our awkwardly set living room. Worth giving it a shot in my opinion. Initially the product arrived damaged. The seller did a good job of replacing the items that were damaged during shipping. No complaints there. The couch itself is adequate. It is made out of 1x2s and 1x3s so it is not a heavy use, high weight couch. The back rests do not lie completely flat, but are a couple inches taller than the rest of the setup when in the bed position making it not a super comfortable option. The couch arrived safely. It was packaged very well. It was very easy to put together. It's firm and comfortable to sit on. I put it in a smaller room and it fits there well. I've never ordered furniture on line, so I was very skeptical. This has been a good experience.

Do not buy this product. It’s not worth the money they are selling it for. I purchased this couch and after seven days I couldn’t handle sitting on it anymore. It’s uncomfortable. You can’t even sit on it for an hour that’s how uncomfortable is. It’s also not built well at all. I would say it would only last a year if I still was using it. And don’t even bother thinking that you can return it after 30 days. The seller refuses to pay for shipping on the return item. The return shipping cost about $2500 depending on where you live. The seller refused Amazon request to send prepaid shipping labels and they refuse the request to refund my money without shipping the item back. It’s been an ongoing battle to get my refund for this uncomfortable couch. The seller has been offering partial refunds. And his own words, he said most people choose the 20% refund option and then you do not have to return the couch. After he told me that it was clear to me that I’m not the only one not satisfied with this product and that other people have sadly been scammed out of more than $800. Once again, do not buy this product, don’t go through the hassle that I’ve been going through. An Amazon support team has been no help. They have been horrible and I’m not impressed with Amazon at all with this situation. ... show more

Very good sectional sofa that have lots of storage and also converts into a sleeping bed. The firmness of the foam is quite good stays at its place. Fits well specially into small places and is very easy to move. The tool less assembly was a breeze.

The packages arrived way sooner than I thought, which was great! I got all 4 at the same time. The couch itself was packaged amazingly! I was worried about cutting into the couch when trying to get thru the tape but they thought of that too! It was very easy to assemble, up until I had to put all the pieces together to make it a couch, its been a pain! The couch itself is NOT comfy at all, its very, firm and all of the pillows and seats all velcro down (could be a good or a bad thing depending on what your using it for). I bought the 5 seater, the seat to the storage on the back end is just a velcro down flap so for storage its not a box so things can come out of the back end, if its stuffed full. The hardware seems cheap. And the back pillows are flat even after letting them air out and fluffing them. This is a somewhat decent couch but for the price it was not worth it. I will say that the fabric itself is nice, its not fluffy soft but it is easy to clean. I would not recommend getting this couch, and since its such a large piece and its already together I cant send it back. I have not contacted the seller yet. ... show more
