Ok so I do a lot of research and was a little hesitant prior to this purchase but am extremely happy I went with it. Its firm but comfty. If you're looking for a bouncy, cushy couch this is not it, but it definitely has some give. The way it expands is great and our family of 4 can fit very comfortably with extra room. Do not buy this product. Itā€™s not worth the money they are selling it for. I purchased this couch and after seven days I couldnā€™t handle sitting on it anymore. Itā€™s uncomfortable. You canā€™t even sit on it for an hour thatā€™s how uncomfortable is. Itā€™s also not built well at all. I would say it would only last a year if I still was using it. And donā€™t even bother thinking that you can return it after 30 days. The seller refuses to pay for shipping on the return item. The return shipping cost about $2500 depending on where you live. The seller refused Amazon request to send prepaid shipping labels and they refuse the request to refund my money without shipping the item back. Itā€™s been an ongoing battle to get my refund for this uncomfortable couch. The seller has been offering partial refunds. And his own words, he said most people choose the 20% refund option and then you do not have to return the couch. After he told me that it was clear to me that Iā€™m not the only one not satisfied with this product and that other people have sadly been scammed out of more than $800. Once again, do not buy this product, donā€™t go through the hassle that Iā€™ve been going through. An Amazon support team has been no help. They have been horrible and Iā€™m not impressed with Amazon at all with this situation. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I purchased the 5 seater option in black. Itā€™s been about a week. The couch is sturdy, the storage is convenient. It took me a while to figure out the locking mechanisms for the back where itā€™s folds down. One side doesnā€™t feel as strong as the other, but I love the option to fold everything down- probably the size of a queen or bigger when all the backs are down with the pull out. The couch is firm, but I think thatā€™s what also adds to the sturdiness. I wish the cushions were a bit thicker/ fluffy. The included pillows are decent, but I plan to purchase throw pillows/blankets to add coziness and color. Love the cup holders and charging options. Everyone in my family is tall (5ā€™9ā€) and I was worried about the height, but itā€™s a comfortable transition from sitting to standing which was a big issue with our previous couch. Took an hour (maybe less) to set up with two adults. Would have given 5 stars- but I wasnā€™t aware that there are 4 total boxes that arrive on different days, and you only get confirmation/ tracking for the first delivery. Also, the shipping estimate was off and it came 5 days earlier than expected which was only an issue because we hadnā€™t moved into the new location where it was delivered; but that seems like an Amazon issue and not the seller? Either way, it worked out and we are enjoying our new couch. ... show more

The packages arrived way sooner than I thought, which was great! I got all 4 at the same time. The couch itself was packaged amazingly! I was worried about cutting into the couch when trying to get thru the tape but they thought of that too! It was very easy to assemble, up until I had to put all the pieces together to make it a couch, its been a pain! The couch itself is NOT comfy at all, its very, firm and all of the pillows and seats all velcro down (could be a good or a bad thing depending on what your using it for). I bought the 5 seater, the seat to the storage on the back end is just a velcro down flap so for storage its not a box so things can come out of the back end, if its stuffed full. The hardware seems cheap. And the back pillows are flat even after letting them air out and fluffing them. This is a somewhat decent couch but for the price it was not worth it. I will say that the fabric itself is nice, its not fluffy soft but it is easy to clean. I would not recommend getting this couch, and since its such a large piece and its already together I cant send it back. I have not contacted the seller yet. ... show more

So I bought this about a month ago and I havenā€™t accomplished a single thing in weeks cause all I want to do is sit in it and watch my birds.. i actually sleep on it too , so day and night Iā€™ve been glued to this couch. I am a 52 year old widow and I was able to put it together myself, even get it in the houseā€¦ I absolutely hate asking for help so it means the world to me when itā€™s something I can handle myself. The color is so beautiful and it matches my recliner.. i actually leave the one part pulled out and use it like a big lounger all day then have a nice snooze in it at night. Iā€™ve even been known to be so cozy in it I nap during the day. Donā€™t hesitate on this .. add to cart asap. ... show more
