I was so skeptical. I’ll be honest, i just don’t like the idea of buying a couch in a box! This came so quickly, was exact measurements I needed in length (109”). Once opened, It took a solid 3-4days to fully expand. I did not sit on this at all during this time to make sure it didn’t get warped during that process. But once up and ready, it’s actually quite comfortable and makes my living room feel so much bigger. I am 5’9” and appreciate the firmness the only downside is no upper neck support but I lean back a lot so for me, propping up on this chaise is perfect. The value, first of all you can’t beat it. $400 for a brand new comfortable couch that is a simplistic yet elegant in design is a deal! I will admit I was nervous about this but it’s grown on me and I’ve received so many compliments on my new living room that cost me under $600! Hoping if I ever need to wash the covers these are easy to take off and do so but haven’t had to do this yet to give an opinion on that. Here are some of my pics :) ... show more

I was really skeptical to buy a sofa in a box, but the sectional really exceeded my expectations. The setup was easy and the couch are way more firm then I will ever imagine! The size was perfect and the comfort level is great! I only had it for a few weeks but so far so good!

It just arrived today. Extremely easy to set up and all. I find myself wishing it was a bit higher and that the cushion seating was wider as well. I do have some very tall people in my family. I wish I would have investigated better about the seating.

Really happy with this purchase! Easy set up and so comfortable. It sits two 5’6” adults easily with room to both stretch out. I can also sit cross legged. A little low on the back, but easy to adjust with pillows.
