I bought this sofa set because we can easily rearrange it as a day bed for our family who are going to visit us in the holidays season. The material is quite firm - if you are a firm mattress person the you would like it. Personally I love the color and style because it is very classic and fits well with the living room mat. We absolutely love it. Our living room is roughly 300 square feet. If your space is larger, you might consider three seats options. The modularity of this sectional is fantastic! I love how I can change the arrangement whenever I want. It fits my space perfectly, and the cushions are firm yet comfortable. However, I did notice that the cushions take a bit longer to spring back after sitting for a while.
