The package comes with two medium sized handles (to be used as dumbbells or for the jump rope), one large handle, a jump rope, a string (to convert to forearm roller), 3 end caps and a bag for storage. The dumbbells worked well but keep in mind they ONLY work with 2-liter bottles. Since I'm not an avid soda drinker, I had to wait to snag a few bottles from my in-laws on my last visit. I tried attaching the ends to milk jugs, water bottles and my kids' juice containers and none worked. I think this set would be useful for people who travel a lot and would like to get in a workout without having to look for a gym or wonder if their hotel has one included. I am interested to see if I can use something other than water (something heavier perhaps) inside the bottles for a deeper workout and how that would stress the bar as the maximum weight limit is 13lbs. The jump rope is easy to assemble. I included pics showing exactly how to do that as I read a reviewer who believed their rope was broken. The original product images include how to attach the handles to the rope also, but just in case another potential buyer doesn't look at those, maybe mine will be helpful. Either way, it's easy to set up and use. Mine came tied a little too tight with the twist tie and it actually damaged my jump rope in some places (a nick in about 5-6 spots that goes almost halfway through the rope in some spots) which is why I took a star off. I don't know how long the jump rope will be useable with that kind of damage. ... show more

This is a great idea. It’s compact and portable. It’s solid and well made. It doesn’t not feel flimsy or cheap. Excellent value for the price. I had to go buy a couple of bottles, but I can’t fault the product for my lack of bottles. My only recommendation would be some kind of insert with instructions for use and/or a list of exercises/sample workout. When I opened the box it took me a minute to figure out what I had bought. I love the idea of this product. Being a traveling salesman, I'm constantly on the road, I am always looking for a quick workout between sales calls. I was surprised to see such a simple product that could achieve so much with 2 liter bottles. During my first workout I quickly noticed that the 2 liter bottles would bend at the neck to the point of nearly breaking. I quickly changed out the dumbbells for the barbell to see if slower repetitions would keep the bottles from breaking, they bent worse. I had a hard time figuring out how to make the jump rope but with a little muscle removed the crimped fastener necessary to make the rope. It wasn't until making the forearm roller that I learned that the other side of the cable had been perforated by the inner cable wires. Every time I tried to navigate the fastener past the perforation it would get stuck on the exposed wires and would poke the center of my thumb. After 6 or 7 thumb pokes I realized it wasn't going to work without wire cutters(of which I wouldn't have known to bring with me). Simple, durable and lightweight workouts anywhere. The package is nice and the bag feels premium. I can use it as dumbels ans barbells for strength training especially for shoulders. Recommend for any martialartist or who wants to workout with simple exercises.

Was not impressed. It felt like it wasn’t going to hold up. If you put a 2ltr bottle full of water it felt as if it was going to break off the threads.
