I can't state enough how much I love this sock and the support strap! I had major surgery for a peroneal tendon repair in December '22, and was still having swelling issues until last week (September). When it was swollen, traditional compression socks were making it worse because they pinched above and below the peroneal tendon, forcing all the fluid there and causing so much pain. I've had this brace for a week and my foot looks almost completely normal every day after I take it off. No more swollen red skin or pain because the elastic strap can be wrapped exactly where I need it. I'm so grateful! I was seriously despairing that I'd always need to use a wheelchair for long distances -- I'll work my way up to them with this brace over the winter. I am going to suggest this to my surgeon to get for her practice. I have a very expensive Trilock brace that worked well immediately after the cast was off, but it doesn't fit well in regular shoes despite what it says on the box. This brace fits perfectly in a regular Rykä brand athletic shoe, regular width and it never hurts while I'm walking or sitting around in it, shoes on or off. Thank you so much for making this! I'm so much less miserable ❤️❤️❤️

You get two sleeves but only one support strap. How that logic made sense at the factory who knows but I Ordered 2 because of a deal price. glad I did or else I wouldn’t have had a usable set. There’s a difference in support with it on at home after a long day working. No idea how it feels in a shoe since they don’t fit with this on. Beware of spacing when you buy

This product does come with two sleeve but only one compression support strap. I have injuried the Achillles tendon in both of my feet. A second compression strap would have been greatly appreciated. I am 5'6" and weigh 124 lbs. The medium fit nicely.

I fight with stubborn plantar fasciitis that flares up every so often. I wanted to see if these compression socks would do much. Overall they provided some relief but not enough that the pain wasn't still noticeable. The socks themselves were of nice quality and the included strap was nice as well. It would be better if the manufacturer included two straps since often times people have the same maladies in both feet. The socks were comfortably snug and supportive of my feet but not the magical cure all that some may think.
