Pay Attention!
Color: Beige
Size: Queen (U.S. Standard)
Nice bed. I’m really utilizing the drawers! I put it to together by myself, however, it is much easier if there are 2 people to put it together. The first step is a little wonky, pay attention to which was the legs are facing. Don't make the same mistakes as I did! Otherwise it’s a nice bed.

Incomplete bed, exhausting customer service, and an unacceptable resolution
This has been one of the most frustrating and inconvenient purchase experiences I have had on Amazon. The bed arrived incomplete and was missing essential parts needed for the drawers. Because of that, I couldn't fully use the bed as advertised, despite paying full price for a complete and functional product. What should have been a simple replacement turned into a month of constant back-and-forth with the manufacturer, slow responses, repeated follow-ups, and long delays. I had to keep chasing updates for parts that should have been included in the original shipment. The entire process was exhausting and took far more time and effort than any customer should have to spend correcting a manufacturer’s mistake. The seller eventually provided a very small partial refund, which did not come close to making up for the inconvenience, the extended delay, the incomplete product, or the amount of work required on my end to get the issue resolved. The missing parts finally arrived more than a month later, but that doesn't erase the experience. A customer shouldn't have to spend weeks repeatedly contacting a manufacturer just to receive essential components of a product they already paid for. The poor quality control, slow communication, delayed replacement, and exhausting resolution process made this purchase completely unacceptable. I wouldn't purchase from this seller again and cannot recommend this bed based on the customer service experience.

Awesome bed, almost a great value and price.
Color: Sandstone Beige
Size: Queen (U.S. Standard)
I gave this bed 4 stars because it is sold for $100 less on the Modern Mate website and has free shipping. Why it is sold for more on Amazon is strange. I wish I had gone directly to the Modern Mate website. That being said, on with the honest review. The bed is gorgeous. The chenille is very pretty. It is soft and not stubby. The pillow headboard is very comfortable. Putting together alone, I had to watch the instruction video a couple of times, which was very helpful. I would say, it is not difficult to put together. It is time consuming. It took me about 8 hours to complete. I put it together alone. The drawers are plastic, but, sturdy. Perfect for lightweight items, such as, linen and shoes. The instructions are OK but could be better. There are many pieces to assemble. I would recommend using an electric or battery screw driver. I used the tool included, but, switched to an electric screwdriver towards to end and it went very quickly. Customer service is awesome. I looked at similar upholstered beds at Crate and Barrel, CB2 and John M Smithe. The quality is the exact same at a fraction of the price. Similar beds were all priced at $1000.00 or more. Customer service is great and very prompt. I cannot recommend enough. Just check around for pricing. I’m not rich and I don’t appreciate the price difference between Amazon and the Modern Mate website.

Not great quality
Color: Beige
Size: King (U.S. Standard)
Quality is very disappointing! Assembly is easy but the fact that the headboard is not fully covered with the beige fabric and can’t be used without the big pillow it’s a total drag. The drawers are really bad! I was trying to avoid products with the metal mesh drawers …I thought these drawers were wood or something like that. Instead it’s some weird see through plastic wrapping wiggly metal. I don’t like that because of the sizing and the hassle of repackage and return I’ll have to keep it.
