    • Great pair for the price
Item Package Quantity: 2 Color: Black
I really like the chairs. They were easy to assemble and I'm usually not good at that type of thing. They truly accent my living room area, and the gold worked well with my color scheme. Not good for a long term relaxing seat because of the low back, but great for visting guests.

Beautiful! Are as pictured, and are easy to assemble. I found that keeping screws loose in chair back until all are in made it easier as far as alignment. Once all are aligned then tighten. No need for additional pillows because the ones included are nice and fluffy. The vendor was also great to work with. I would highly recommend this purchase. They’re a classy addition to my boutique. Thank you! I notice the price has been lowered again, and if you can find it in your heart to make that adjustment, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for everything! ... show more

Item Package Quantity: 1 Color: Black
I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and customer service. This item cost over $130, and during assembly I discovered a manufacturer defects that prevented it from being put together properly. The most frustrating part was being told I had to pay the return shipping cost upfront, which was around $100 due to the size and weight of the package, and then I would have to wait to be reimbursed after delivery. I was even told I could be reimbursed over $200 on the back end. Since I did not pay for shipping when I originally purchased the item, this process was unreasonable and unnecessarily for me to have to complete upon return. Makes you wonder how many other defects this "STHOUYN" got going out, that their not recalling. For a purchase over $100, I expected much better quality and customer service. I would not now, or ever in the future recommend this seller based off my experience; ever! Do yourself a favor and only purchase directly through Amazon, and never a vendor, ever , to avoid future back and forth headaches ... show more
