The media could not be loaded. couch arrived a week early than delivered date which is amazing when I’m in Hawai’i so that’s a plus. Came in 5 boxes! The only parts we have to assemble was the backing (where you rest your back on the couch) but other than that it comes together! The only thing i could say that was a difficult time putting together was connecting the locks/ braces to each couch. The cushion is firm for seating to if your wanting a more “comfortable” seating this isn’t for you. But i do like the firm so i love it. The rest back part is a bit low for other people liking but again i love it. Darker than the photo shown which I’m glad about because will kids lol. The sturdiness is amazing! This is a real value for money in my opinion! All in all looks great & if your looking for a reasonable couch take the risk like i did! ... show more

Folks, I really like this sofa with chaise. The thick corduroy type material is beautiful and cup holders make it very functional. The instructions were not clear in regards to where to install one type of connector hardware versus another which was slightly different...sooo installed the connectors incorrectly. Once I tried to connect the cup holder arm to the main sofa piece I realized something was wrong as I could get the two pieces of furniture to attach. I then asked a question for the customers who had purchased the sofa for help but I didn't get an answer to my question. Anyway...I went back to staring at the non-verbal instructions and realized that the connectors were slightly different and I removed my incorrectly installed connectors. I'm showing in my pics the corrected connectors on one side of sofa versus the chaise (which in my case is to the right of the sofa) . I then needed help from my strong grandson so we could both lift the chaise to then line up its two connecting hardware pieces to the two hardware pieces (note pictures). As you continue carrying the chaise, insert its hardware from top to bottom into sofa connectors ...all the while pressing chaise with force towards sofa piece. This may take several tries. Then finally you succeed and the two furniture pieces are connected. This type of procedure is also followed with arm pieces. I hope this helps since this sofa has few reviews. On the positive side, all pieces were packaged carefully. All bolts are the same and they supplied the Allen wrench. Make sure you install the correct hardware connectors on the sides of each furniture piece...and good luck with that. There will also be 2 wheel pieces that are easy to install on the trundle . In the end, my Grandson loves this sofa and you can blame assembly issues on user (me) and no availability of an assembly video. Thus rating of 4 stars The cushions are a little stiff but we are still enjoying it. We have the trundle extended all the time to put our legs on it while we sit on sofa and love that . PS. The pic showing one connector is my sofa side. The other Pic showing 2 connectors is chaise side. You can clearly see the difference between the 2 connector types. My delivery was UPS which was very trackable. There were 2 boxes which were too heavy ( each box over 70+ pounds) for one person to carry. Be prepared to have help. ... show more

Directions are very limited on how to put it together, so be careful on which pieces you attach first before the next. They go in a particular order. Otherwise, this is a great couch for small spaces. It's firm and seems to be built very well. I am 5'9 and can lay comfortably on it. The large flat arm rests are perfect for size. Just, make sure to get some protectors if you have cats, because mine loves it a little too much for her scratching pad! LOL ... show more

I like the quality als the look, good materials, it is not soft at all, but i like it. I gave 3 stars because it is NOT reversible! I was in need of the opposite direction, we ended up stuck with the chaise in the middle of the living room. Also, there is 2 boxes, each about 150 lbs. Be prepared to carry weight. I will not return only because of a hassle to take it down and bring othe one up. But i am not happy! ... show more

I bought this couch for my daughter for her first apartment. She has a one bedroom apt. This couch fits great in there! She says it’s comfortable to lounge on every night and when she’s studying. She had company one weekend and they slept on the pull out and said it was comfortable but wouldn’t want to sleep on it every single night. I don’t think there is any pull out that would be as comfy as a regular bed. She did say that getting a memory foam topper to go on it when she has company will make it great! Bottom line…she really likes this couch and recommends it for small apartments. It is great if you’re just starting out and want something comfortable but affordable. The color was exact too. Also, when we ordered it, we thought we would have to wait at least a week from the order date before it was actually delivered, however, it was delivered 3 days early!! So that was another plus. Yes, it's small. I'm 6'4 and can just fit across it. If you have a small space you'd like a quality sectional for, look no further. Just be careful with the gold attachments, depending on your placement of the chaise, these may need to be adjusted. Also it came in 3 days as opposed to the quoted 12, so be ready to accept when you order ... show more
